That's a eat build but the ergonomics don't appear to work. Your arms are so high when you are drilling. I think that would lead to fatigue too quickly.

Help. I have two small rubber gaskets that were not mentioned in your video. One is slightly bigger than the other. I reassembled everything and these two are left over. Where the heck did they go?

Solid video man. I’m a metal worker mainly, I shoot permalac mainly. I got some Sherwood precat yesterday for a small wood job this week. You covered it all man. You clearly know your stuff. The little tips and tricks. It’s like you have done EVERYTHING wrong that I’ve done. The tip about shooting straight retarder is brilliant. I’ve never tried that. The tip about cleaning the tip between coats is something I do when it’s warm outside. Loved hearing somebody else that knows it well. Cheers

Ok, im going to ask a few questions that I can't seem to find answers for. I've built a business of making wood ornaments, gifts, signs, and so on. A traditional airbrush is to small for me stain several basswood sheets at a time. I'm looking for a small air compressor with a smaller spray gun. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium between an airbrush and a spray gun. My biggest problem is the air compressor. I need it to be small and quiet. My paint booth is in a walkin closet in my home. My husband is lending me his pancake compressor and it has worked fabulously. But....its so loud in the house that it's not a feasible solution. Any info u may have would be greatly appreciated.

Great video! Im definitely subscribed. I work as a finisher in a high volume woodshop. I 100% agree with this method. Speeds up your production time immensely. The only question i have is, what size fluid tip do you use to spray your lacquer top coat? And what is the dry time for the minwax before you can apply some sanding sealer? Thanks

About to make drawers for a kitchen, really like that you don’t see the side ends from the front. Do you think plywood could be used or would ply layers would fall apart when cutting into front panel.

Very informative video I am building an outside pavilion and am installing tongue and groove pine on the vaulted ceiling. I am going to follow your steps. Might be overkill for this ceiling, but one that will be easier to clean and seal. Thoughts ????

So, did you know there is a circuit breaker on that board with a reset button that you can press through a hole above the dial? Ngl I feel like you probably just needed to reset it. It's there to do the job of that inline fuse you put in.

You have come up with a very original concept for a torsion assembly. Even more, you have moved the assembly to the unused space for your casters. Kudos on this imaginative design.
