Great video, thanks! I have cloned a nice big chanterelle fruit on agar and was thinking of inoculating grain spawn bags (wheat) with it once my plates are colonised, and in turn inoculate substrate with this colonised grain spawn, rather than use liquid culture. Does this work for chanterelles?

awesome vid but y add the dig at human communism at 4:55 -_- majority of indigenous societies were some sort of communist. the antithesis of communism, capitalism, is what's destroying the planet and the beautiful family of funga. if u r a mycology expert, stick to that please. dont try to make half ass assumptions about human societal structures. apply the lessons of nature to our human structures, as we are intrinsically connected to her. thanks for letting me vent. i appreciate the video otherwise.

This info is wrong, Libby’s are actually very potent, and taking just 2 grams of dried libbys of I’ll bring about a trip, anything over 3.5 grams of dried liberty caps is considered a heroic dose

What in the actual F would you need grow lights for mushrooms? 4:06

Mushrooms need light bruh. Also this is likely some bs AI.. chanterelles CAN NOT BE GROWN INDOORS
@roderik1990Ай бұрын
So while mushrooms don't do photosynthesis and won't gain food from light, that doesn't mean that some species don't need light to properly grow. Some mushroom species use the light as triggers and signals for proper growth and development.

I love the idea of Mushrooms/fungi and how they grow. I just wish I could eat them. Just the smell of cooking makes me dry Reach. I am unable to digest fungi - missing enzyme in my system . Only food I can not eat (other than the ones I choose not to due to personal preference).

It is for the love of my tree friends that I dove in for further understanding on how to better help them. I relocated in 2019 with a new work opportunity and stayed with relatives. I quickly made a tree friend and bonded. Now, we are 25 miles apart. I give organic soil, time released fertilizer, water, sing and spend time with my tree friend but I want to do more. Especially for my long-distanced friend. 🍂✨🌳 I'm in a class study for alchemical inner works. There, I met another tree lover who has made mention of her mycelium forest walks. So thankful I came onto KZbin and found this video. It's truly amazing and very informative. I'm now a new subscriber to your channel. ❤😍🌸💕🧚☕🏡

Welcome to the fascinating world of mushroom foraging! It's great to hear that you're studying the Amanita family, including the fly agaric (Amanita muscaria) and the panther cap (Amanita pantherina). Your cautious approach to identifying and studying these mushrooms is wise, especially avoiding the highly toxic death cap (Amanita phalloides). Observing, learning, and exploring in the forest is a wonderful way to deepen your understanding. Keep up the excellent work, and remember that safety comes first. Happy foraging!
