This is going to be stuck in my head all day now. I Love the green robes, also.

I like how you've turned a cheap plastic mermaid doll into a more menacing spider queen.

that seems awful - terrain would over time get quite worn =\

You could reinforce the base of the palisade by placing something like a low block of foam running the entire length of the wall and cutting it to be somewhat trapezoid from a side profile. Kinda like this: | | <- palisade wall /-\ <- trapezoid cut foam That should in theory make the posts more stable, and makes it look like there is a low wall of packed earth, or as if the wall is elevated a bit. It'd also create some room to hide magnets in or weights under. Also, just as conceptual idea, do you think it'd be possible and/or practical, to magnetize the walkway, so you could take the walkway off to make storage easier?

Can you please do more dollars tree toys like you did with the alien but I know they have the soldier

The sculpting is amazing, but the colours sort of smoosh together and lose the detail. I'd have made the grey parts black, or something to help contrast the purples and reds.

You should use painters tape and cut it into small strips, then you can place them on stuff like your canopies there to get straight edges when painting.

Took the Dollar Tree Superman. Gave him a high collar for his cape and a skull in his open hand. Used a cheap wolf toy and some greenstuff fur for a wolf-pelt shoulder ruff. Instant Vampire Prince.

Amazing on all of them. I think I would have probably just not painted the cloth on the covered wagon. It looked great without the paint.

Hope you're back soon, I REALLY LIKE your builds. The Final Faction / Krampus Figure was one of the first things I found, when I was looking to get into mini-painting , kit bashing and terrain building.

I ran a historical game based on the Vikings. There was an artifact/book, the Gesta Danorum. It had some interesting powers based on an episode of The Twilight Zone.

The wizkids ones look good, but yours look even better, honestly. Yours' look a little sturdier and more varied, and overall the whole set up looks phenomenal. It's great to see someone making awesome crafts with unfussy foam and crafts sticks, eyeballing measurements, mixing materials. Great work!

The applicator might be iut of power with batteries. And if the batteries are still good, then I am afraid to say it could have an issue with its connection. The idea for the applicator is that when the grass falls out of the applicator, it would be attracted to the front of the applicator because of the small charge coming from the connector on the place you want the grass to land.

I love this! And it's like Mushman is surrounded by his tiny offspring. And you made the resin work! The wave edge with the glue gun and the leaves and ripples. I wonder if pouring it in layers would help too? Like, let a layer get thick but not solid, then pour again? And you shaking on the green flocking looked like shaking on seasoning. Hmm, take a green dried basil/parsley, mix in a little paint, dry, stir, put back in jar to shake out? (Because I think it would turn brown eventually) Silly thought, but ya never know. Your daughter is talented!

Hi there Broken Terrain! I like how life-like your diorama sets look with the fine detail and all. Do you happen to have an email where i could reach you? I would love to get your expertise on a diorama myself of the fireplace from the haunting (1999) movie. That if which I'm currently working on thanks! 🙏💯🎨

This is an incredible SciFi wall concept. I must steal it for my next games. Are you going to try to game Stargrave or Five Parsecs From Home on this terrain? That would be awesome, I think. Thank you so much for all the inspiring words and terrain examples.
