I started over 5 weeks ago, ive lost a little over 16 pounds, I'm on my first week of 5mg of zepbound!!!! I'm really excited and still learning how my body adjust!!!!

Just ordered my three month supply of Zepbound. The woman I spoke to told me nothing popped up on her computer screen saying they don’t have it in stock. The very first day I can reorder, I do, just in case. I’ll feel so much better once it gets delivered safe to our home. Walked this morning, drank over 100oz of water…..not hungry. Pink is your color, sis. But, I’ll cont to walk my 5-6 miles each day. I bought fruits/veggies today…..did some meal prep today as well. 🐠

Hey Countess. PHILLY Guy HERE! I’m new to your channel and a subscriber. I’ve been big all my life and tried so many things. I even went to the extreme by having gastric bypass back in 2009. I had lost over 120lbs. So I was pretty successful even though I gained about 50-60lbs in 11 years. Then covid hit and it changed everything. I lost my dad to covid in 2021, I left my jobs they filed bankruptcy, I lost my best friend and I got depressed and gained all the weight I lost back. So I’m trying to get my life straightened out and get healthy again. After a year of my doctor trying to get a prior authorization for one of these prescriptions and getting shot down, I finally got approved by my insurance for Zepbound 2.5ml. I’m 52, My starting weight is 436lbs and my 1st injection was on 11/29/2024 day after thanksgiving. I’ve been journaling and tracking and even with bad knees and before going on zepbound, I try to goto the gym 3 days a week. And do at least 1hour to 2 hours of cardio and lifting. At my age and weight, I can’t do all the things I used to, but other than losing weight and getting healthy again, a few of my goals are to get strong and healthy enough to go back to work, go bike riding on the trails with my friends and my nephews and be able to comfortably fit behind the wheel of my classic car and go cruising. I am hoping by this time next year, I am successful as you and so many others on this medication. Thank you for your content. I am so glad I found you on KZbin. I was wondering if you have any guys that follow you or subbed to your channel? I’d like to hear about other guys that are in the same boat as me. I’ve looked on KZbin but I t’s hard to find other guys like me. Thanks again and I’ll keep watching and I’ll keep you posted.

Still watching since July 2023 until present! Lost 87 lbs. on 2.5 Mounjaro then Zepbound when it came out. Still maintaining ❤🐠🐟

Yes! Strength training. Women who are not lifting are losing muscle daily. Pilates is great, but not a substitute for lifting. Just 2 full body workouts per week is all you need. They can be 20 minutes each. And Countess, SHOW US THAT BEAUTIFUL HOME GYM!!!
