✈️ Now, this seems like a cool device! I’m hoping to be able to get back to some travel this year. We haven’t been on a plane since 2017. Life and finances have been challenging for travel. Working on making big and positive changes for 2025! Thanks for sharing. As for what I’m doing, I did a Kickboxing Apple Fitness+ workout with my husband this morning. I absolutely LOVED it. We’ve done kickboxing before, but it was a bit too challenging on our bodies. Now that we have shed a good amount of weight it felt better and I felt really strong. I will for sure be incorporating more kickboxing in my workout routine! Happy New Year!!!

Hi Elizabeth, I'm glad that you have tried the 4AF unit when traveling. ✈️✈️✈️ I, myself, tried using these units for traveling too, and I just returned from my 5-week Europe trip, and I used 2 units (explorer unit-blue & voyager unit-red). I used the blue unit with the frozen biogel pack, fit 3 Mounjaro/Zepbound pens, and a USB lid connected to a power bank to keep the fridge temperature longer, about 52 hours. Since the blue unit doesn't have a temperature read on it, I added a portable mini digital thermometer on top of the pens inside the unit. And 1 unit called Voyager (bought the red one), I used the USB lid with the metal cylinder; that could fit 2 pens, and it will hold the unlimited fridge temperature as long as it is plugged into the outlet/power source. I also have another 2 power banks in my carry-on for backup (20,000 mAh each) just in case I have any delays or something. I plugged those 2 units into a power source when I was on the plane, in the car, and in the hotel. So I save my power bank for another time when I need to transit from 1 place to another. When I arrive at the hotel, I put the blue unit with 3 pens in the fridge, while the red unit with 2 pens is plugged into the outlet all the time (for testing the unit too). I have a tall, insulated, rectangular lunch bag that I used to carry these 2 units (I folded the lid, so it is an opened bag), and I considered it my medical bag. No problem taking this bag, the units, and the meds. I also bring the med box (folded), prescription, & the letter from my doctor that I place inside the bag. So far this is the best unit for bringing cold meds when traveling overseas; I just wish the Voyager unit cylinder was a little bit bigger so it would fit 3 Mounjaro/Zepbound pens. Or, I'm hoping Eli Lilly could make the pens and the triangle cap slightly slimmer for easy travelling. Now, I'm ready for my next trip in January-February and other trips to Asia and taking my meds along. For those who are thinking of getting these products, try to chat with 4AF customer service; on their website, they are very helpful, sharing their thoughts and ideas, and have helped me to make the right decisions about purchasing which units I need for my trips. ✈️ That cooler is so neat. I had a container with ice packs and thermometer, but the thermometer part broke. Also, once the ice packs melted, if you didn’t have access to a freezer, you were done. ✈️ I bought something close to that that looks like a double wall water bottle, but has an ice pack that goes in it and also reads the temp on the top so i can track the internal temp. Held my last one for over 12 hours when traveling to Phoenix and wasnt able to get to the hotel room as quickly as i would have preferred. Worked like a charm with my pen! Im going to be moving to vial and dont believe it will work as well. I would be so nervous it would shake around and break.

✈️ I took our Miniature Schnauzer for a 2 mile walk this morning. Usually, I defer to my husband taking him, but this morning I did not. It’s a beautiful morning and I got some direct sunshine in. I recommend looking forward in your calendar (like the Countess recommended) to plan in advance for travel or special events. If it’s a shorter trip, maybe you can adjust your shot day slightly so you don’t have to travel with your shot or you have a buffer in days from a big event. If you do need to travel with your shots, this product sounds like an excellent option! Maybe even for long road trips?

I found out in my last trips. 😅 I was surprised and very happy. 😊 And with the FDA approved travel case you recommended a while ago I was able to keep my zepbound pens at great temperatures during my last long last trips. We're traveling to Europe in the fall. I'm going to plan to use this method. We'll be gone 2 weeks. The other traveling we will do is in our RV. My frig seems to get quite cold especially in the back so I'll have to be VERY CAREFUL not to let my frig get under 36 degrees.

For clarification, if you leave your pen out and it rises above 46 degrees (F), Eli Lily instructs us not to then return it to the refrigerator, although it will be fine to use for up to 21 days unrefrigerated at a temperature up to 86 degrees (F).
