hey man, my wrist is kind of injured for a month and yesterday after doing muscle up the pain was really bad, you have tips for treating my wrist? thanks in advance.
@Huange._.17 күн бұрын
maybe try wrist wraps when doing intense exercises, work on rehab, and lower your training intensity or find less painful exercises

Damn dude this video is actually so beautiful, love the song choice and how the scenes look. Looking forward to the next videos, i myself have very recently had a left rhomboid injury that lasted 3 weeks, but thankfully I didn't lose much strength. Again, very nice video even if short, keep it up

What did you do to heal rhomboids pain?! I had some issues with my mid back in the past when i was working on front lever and still to this day when i do F.L or weighted pull ups when i finish the workout i feel some discomfort in my mid back especially the right side i feel it when i flex my spine.
@Huange._.20 күн бұрын
decreased intensity for working sets, stretching, light isolations, and an extended break from front lever stuff

@Huange._.21 күн бұрын
front lever I didn't train this summer and didn't really lose it, although not at my best level. hspu I got back somewhat quick. those were the only skills I stopped doing i guess.

I do 30 mucelup, 25 L site pull up, and dragon flag. Is this enough to do full front lever, knowing that I have seen serious results without doing front lever stability or mobility exercises?

you're good to star training it for sure, you might not get it for free since you need specific training to get it

heavy weight calisthenics! congrats man. with the EMOM i would actually do dip and pull up alternating EMOM. I used to do this all the time when i was training for my pull up comp. treat yourself and get the lens man, you deserve it!

ty doc, I was alternating pull-ups w/ wall hspu which I cannot emom yet lol. I'll grind a bit more before getting a new lens, but thank you for saying that

Good video as always. You should take a look after a guy called "Gero Arias", he is doing a challenge of "one more pull up for everyday of the year, without letting go the bar", basically by this point he is doing more than 300 pull ups per day (and adding one more...), which is insane to be honest .
