Nice Video, Have been following your content from sometime. Really liked your gymnastic bicep video! How did u built your chest? Do you lift weights or simply bodyweight training or weighted calisthenics?

thank you for the kind words! My chest was mainly built from bodyweight stuff like push-up variations and ring dips, but I also had a 7 month period where I trained weighted dips so that also helped
