came across this video searching for a kia wiring harness. fun for me to watch, as i'm the guy that designed most of that fuel module. if you ever have questions in the future about the details (or anything else fuel module / system related), feel free to reach out!

What is the exhaust called from 4:17? Surely you don’t sell every individual part to make it… is there a name for it like the xforce for example? How are you supposed to purchase it… so many questions

I replaced a new dual clutch 7-speed in a Kia Ceed 2019 1.4 TGDI and adjusted the clutch actuator to 71.5mm. When I did the DTC learning function, the learning failed, although I adhered to all the conditions and there are no fault codes. The car only moves forward or backward. The clutch actuator must be adjusted to 65mm so that the clutch is engaged and the car can move. Note that the DCT learning failed again. Please help.

I'm debating if buy or not a 2025 Elantra N line. That car has a 7 speed dct. I test drove it and it felt pretty smooth to me, but I'm not sure how reliable they are. Should I avoid cars with dct?

I would absolutely love to do a lsa (ls3) and t56 swap to one of these soon, ik it’s been done to the ND Miata and these cars are incredibly similar but im curious on how big a pain the electrical will be on these to retain all the creature comforts and whatnot

You seem to think that pressing on the diaphragm engages the engine with the transmission, which is the other way around. Pressing on the fingers releases the clutch from the pressure plate.
@AccessControllerАй бұрын
In other words, buy a new control arm with bushing installed
@rantanplan1911Ай бұрын
Or buy a shop press it's so much easier than what this guy is doing -_- (and probably gonna cost as much as buying two control arms, but you can re-use it for other stuff in the future)

Whilst I don't own a Stinger. I'm not brandish and have some questions on this engine. What is the alloy of the aluminum in the block, the cast in sleeves are they cast iron or ductile iron, when the bore go oval have the liners been cracking, does Darton make closed deck ductile iron sleeves for these engines, are you drag racing the Stinger or are you road racing the Stinger? If your road racing the Stinger I'd only fill the bottom of the block to the centerline of the wrist pin @ BDC. Looks to be a fairy stout engine platform and like all open decks shares the same problem at a certain level and then closed decking is required.

I don't own a Stinger yet, but I'm planning on picking one up as my next car once my 2015 G80 gives up. Your video series on the Stinger really shows how much work and insight you've developed in that vehicle. When I get the Stinger, I'd love to reach out and have you do some upgrades on it.

Given this engine's reputation for durability and stock internals tuning capacity, I am shocked it has an open deck block. Holy crap!!

Honda’s been doing open deck blocks reliably for decades. It certainly has limits but so does everything.

This thing sounds insane! Is there any footage of it on the road? I just bought a 2015 Veloster turbo and really like it so far. The modest 200 hp is great for everyday driving. Now, after seeing this and learning about the big turbo kit on your website, my imagination is running wild! I know next to nothing about modding or tuning cars, so I’m curious what else needs to be done to a stock turbo Veloster like mine, along with installing the big turbo to really support the 500+ hp and get the same aggressive sound like this car has. 500+ is no joke. Especially for such a compact car like the Veloster. Is the big turbo for newer, 2nd gen models and the Veloster N? I can totally see myself trading up to a newer model and investing in a build like this. The sound is so angry and unique. I love it! You guys are doing amazing work. I subscribed so I can learn more and invest in something like this in the future. Thanks for the content.
