The percussion sounds so much like A Stray Child by Akira Yamaoka from the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack, and given that Yamaoka is a big fan of NIИ, i wouldnt be surprised at all if that song was intentionally made to sound like this

There is a sample of the very end of “Shout It Out Loud” by Kiss from one of their live albums at the very end of Starfuckers, Inc., where you can hear one of the Kiss members yell “Goodnight!”, but on the album The Fragile, he cuts it off before you can even really hear it
