@Ezanity Hello, like many peopIe I have the security USB but my wellprint software is corrupted (install error) and I can't download it ( nowhere to be found) to control my tx800*3 flatbed printer, would you send me the file ?

i have tried to put this too the cloud before and the wellprint shows as a virus(it isnt but then defender will delete the file.)this could be your issue.i can try and compress it with winrar and then maybe try to add to a cloud or if you go across to our facebook page (the group name is in the description) then i could maybe grab a whatsapp number to send it on there.

Thank you for the video. My first printhead for a UV Printer is broken. Now i dont know which new one i should buy. There are so many arround with big price differences. Have some of you tips or experience. Are there really a difference between the Heads? Thank you for some help.

Great video, just imported our second machine and had issues getting it up and running, learned loads about the maintenance so trying another Chinese supplier now. I notice you removed the small black clip from the damper. Does this always need removing? I never did this and wonder if that caused an issue.

Hello! nice videos and well explained, I also have a request if you can help me, I have a flatbet uv printer, the main board is an epson stylus pro 4880, at the moment I use the CMYK+W+V configuration, I use acrorip 10.3 for printing, which is what I want I can print with a single pass and with varnish, so I have to print 2 times, cmykw and then v, would it be an option to use for maintop printing?

Great Channel! Can i ask you what i should do witth mine tx800 ? I have only yellow ink not coming out, i checked the dumper and red i flowing, whati should do beore change it ? I already tried to clean the printer head pumping cleaner from the top of the head and also there red and cleaner was flowing, last question is it true that for thi sprinter head a normal 95% acohol ?

hey thanks for the comment. come across to our facebook page and you will get may different options to try. you can then post photos to assist helping you.if it was me id be checking the yellow pipe from the start of the ink pot then work back towards the head.the connector that goes into the damper can sometimes get blocked,also if you have the plastic caps on the bottom of the dampers try to remove thhem as i wouldnt get a good seal when they was on.

Hi... i tried this process. All the inks are working besides the black. When i try to syringe the cleaning liquid the black ink through the head, It builds up pressure and shoots out.

dont get the same as me as i cant advise using this company.if your new to uv printing i suggest finding a company that supports there customers after purchase.ive heard many good things about jucolor but your welcome to come over too our facebook page as there are many people that use various chinese printers that will give you there experiences with different companies

Hello any reason why when I use my spot channels - the color does not show over my image? The first time I did it - it did work. When I export my tiff and create my PRN I am not getting any white in the stats.

the quickest way for a reply on this would be to join our facebook page. in wellprint on the maintainance / basic settings tab the colour offset is on there where you can change what channel does.i would say though that if you only have 1 head then surely you would be best to unclog/replace the head as im sure you will need all the channels for colours too.

have you changed the colour?look @ 2:19 of the video you will see in the "new spot channel" window it has color and mine is red.if yours is white click on it and it will allow you to change the colour

so you just need to create your image in something like photoshop and when finished save it as a TIF file.then in maintop load up that TIF file and once you have confirmed size etc you then save that as a PRN file. then in wellprint open the PRN file and your ready to print to your media.it may be slightly different if your using different software/rip for your printer.

sorry for the delay. so i would look at reviews before purchasing heads cause some can claim to be good but then not. i do find you can purchase one from amazon and then get your money back if they dont work or just looks at good reviews of companies on aliexpress to find one that will take returns

hey sorry for the delay.did you manage to fix and test your printer.soft inks wear quicker on hard surfaces.ive just put hard in 1 printer and soft in the other to do tests like this

sorry for the delay.so it depends on various factors.heres an example. my friend had his printer in a uninsulated shed here in the uk without using the heater on the head.he would use his printer most days but would go through heads every 2-3 months. i have my printer in a warm house where it is normally 20+ deg c, i leave the heater on the printhead and i use it a few times a week and my printhead went on for over 1 year before it started to play up. the thing i would say to him is that the cold likely didnt help him and especially not having the heater on but the amount of products he could make on it should have helped with the price of head replacements so it was likely to need replacing more than mine but if he worked on getting it in an area that had steady warm weather then he could have likely improved the life of it.

I just received my uv printer and just learning. When you said you are printing on acrylic and you were going to print backward...how do you do that?

so if you mean to print on the inside of clear acrylic you have and lets say you have any text or part of image that would look silly flipped, then when you edit your photo make sure you flip it when you save the tif file for maintop.then no settings have to change in maintop but in wellprint go to "parameters" and in the white-ink settings section there is a check box called "white-ink back" check that option and it will print your colour first and then your white ontop. your acrylic will look all white but when you look at the bottom you will see the image through the clear acrylic.if this isnt what you mean message me back as i uploaded that video ages ago.

i have no association with rainbow so i can not recommend them. how much uv printer experience do you have?if very little then you most defiantly require some good after sales support. although i havent purchased a printer from jucolor ,they are very active helping people in our facebook page who are not all there customers and i know many people with there printers and have not found someone who is unhappy with them.

the white has small particals in the white colour that need to be continually stirred ,first i would check that your paddle inside your white container is working. you can also buy a milk frother to help stir the paint more. also check that you have good new ink and not a poor quality white or out of date.remember that white paint has a shelf life of 6 months

ive very sorry for the delay in replying but ive been struggling with health issues. did you sort your issue.it sounds like you had a watermark which is normally down to the usb/passwords.

Yes I am having much success with it and I’m very happy that I went with them by the way your video was very helpful and there aren’t many videos out there really explaining how to work with this printer and the engineers though they are very good they leave a lot of information out and the language barrier sometimes causes problems. I’m planning on making some videos on my channel as well because I’m learning a lot and I am super excited I hope your health is better and if you ever have any questions or if there’s anything I can do to help in this area please let me know I still have a couple of training sessions with the engineers tonight. When you say Facebook page do you mean your own? Or the Jucolor page as I am a part of that and have been receiving good support as well. Even though my prints are coming out fantastic when I do a head status I can see gaps in the different colors and the people on the Facebook page are telling me to keep cleaning until there aren’t any more gaps I’m not sure if that’s correct because no matter how many times I clean I get gaps and random spots in the different colors but yet my prints are coming out awesome.

i bought a printer and they said i have to use this to print i do everything else in adobe or coral but only use this as a rip software to print in the end that`s really it.

so what happened was anything i downloaded maintop on above windows 7 it wouldnt stay and kept deleting. so had to go back reinstall windows 7 to a comp for that as its the software that came with the machine to use. @@Ezanity its refretonic machine. i must suck the ink out to the printhead now to test it. then see will it print off maintop

40:49, love your style of teaching, "just put a little bit of maskin tape" where the....so casual and no techinical gobbledegook. I teach the same way. I am a skilled carpenter with 40 yrs experience and I "dumb it down" whenever I'm explaining things to young guys who don't know anything so they can understand it. I also run a cnc machine and I HATE when you talk to machinists etc and they get all wrapped up in their lingo that you don't know what the hell they're saying. I've been involved in quite a bit of different trades and disciplines over the years and they ALL have their "lingo" that they live by. I'm currently setting up a large UV printer from Rainbow in China and their instructions are pathetic. "Plug in the usb cabo" WHERE? no pics, no instructions, nothing. It took me a freaking hour to find it and the only reason I found it was because of my experience building my cnc. I opened the access panel "ok, there's the stepper motor drivers, there's the interface board, there's the main board ok, the USB port has to be somewhere on this board. THERE it is, behind a freaking heat shield and wedged against a wiring raceway. I had to install it using 14" long surgical forceps because I couldn't get my hand in there. Test head. SEND PIC TO ENGINEER! what engineer? a random one out of the phone book? A local one I found through a google search? How about setting up an email address and listing that in the instructions? I used to write assembly manuals and theirs is the WORST one I have ever encountered.

@@Ezanity I have a rainbow printers 1016UV and at this point, it is nothing more than a space waster. It doesn't work for more than 3 days before it clogs the heads. Shortest it worked was 3 hrs. The manufacturer isn't any help, they keep spitballing nonsense. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RAINBOW PRINTERS OUT OF CHINA!!! Wasted $20,000 CDN and 100's of man hours.
