Are you interested in selling it? I am slowly getting better at my guitar work as I hadn't played for 25 years since an old whiplash accident messed up my hands. I picked the guitar back up about 2 or so years ago and now looking for this unit. Thank you

I would think older would be more expensive? Older PRS guitars are so sought after. How is it for tight metal?
@seanbrooks25832 жыл бұрын
most people want either the 1980s models, or models from 2004+. If it was a 2005 however , it would have been an anniversary model and actually would be worth more.
@Bognerman142 жыл бұрын
@@seanbrooks2583 Thanks, I didn't realize there were McCarties from the 80s. I had a 2003 that was great. I had a 2005 solid mahogany McCarty that I didn't like. I've since moved to all singlecut models. I did have a 2006 Custom 22 but ended up preferring my 1994 CE22 over the Cu22, so I sold it along with both McCarties.

just picked one up, been wanting one for a long time waiting for the right neck grain and color and BOOM one popped up, super tight grains with flecking all over it, extremely stable tight grain tight sounding, all in the grain man.. these were charvels super bargain back then, this is a $2200 guitar all day long today, 1/4 sawn neck, alder, duncans, super tight finish, I got the ocean, why it took so long I only wanted the ocean green but it had to have the tight pleking, 7 years later I stumble upon one and I am not disappointed one bit, needs a lil work but for a sub $700 guitar no issues there I like it my way anywho, I polish the rear neck and set her up lo to go and saturate the rosey fingerboard, yup... rock on these will be collectors when there time comes around as they are special.. always go special never go full..... "well isn't that special" lol, SNL..

Only bad thing is the pitch shifter and its shifting variations. Second signal gets a wavy sound.

The Harmony sounds good at about 10 . To me the harmonies sound fake or robotic at halfway . great tutorial. Are we stuck with the preset effects or can they be altered?

Totally agree with SonicAids. You say you 'love this thing'! Then get the original neck back on. Now that you have (correctly) taken the trem out of use, it should be fine. If not, then send it to me (the neck).
@fightingzero4 жыл бұрын
The biggest reason why I won’t do any of that: this neck has 30+ years of playing on it. There’s no replacing the neck that’s currently on it. We’re all about feel, right? This neck is home for me.

Using an appraisal letter to negotiate on a 2006 (or a 1996) McCarty? It’s not a ‘57 strat or ‘60 Les Paul . Just go to Reverb or eBay and check past McCarty sales. They built thousands and there are always many recent transactions to show the current market value.

So I'm blind but I'll take you up on your word at the end of the video to reach out if we wanted help. I'll even pay you. Can you teach me the layout and the functions of the buttons? I can be reached at [email protected]. I play the saxophone and wanted to add some harmony in certain songs, so I hope it works without a guitar.

Regarding the tone button. Manual says press once to activate the Adaptive Live Engineer Effects, and again to turn same off. Then says double clicking activates and deactivates Correction. When I double click it just turns Live Engineer on and off. Can't get the light to do anything but glow solidly. How do I get light to flash on periodically or glow solidly and flash off periodically?
