Snake oil sales… x pipes work for what they’re intended to do, but trying to say the cheaper examples are 60% less effective is where the lies and scare tactics start. it be one thing if these weren’t way overpriced. I’m a welder and fabricator I make my living on welding steel and stainless and structural steel. You are looking at about $60 in materials with the tips and they’re selling for 1000% mark up and I don’t see any actual proof the fabspeed mark up is worth it other than words from the owner of the company trying to sell said product. You need to prove what you are saying is accurate before slandering other products in my opinion. But I guess that won’t sell as good as the scare tactics and lies do…

I support aftermarket companies like fabspeed, just don’t like bs marketing and lies to sell a product. Sell your performance products without having to lie, let the community decide what’s better if you cannot honestly prove the difference in a measurable way there’s no point of making this video using car salesman tactics

So my buddy crashed he GT4 and is donating me only the left side of the GPF delete (right is destroyed). I already have the light weight exhaust. You recommend if still sound good if I just add the left side GFP delete lmao?

I have the 60mm on my SVR. Like many others mine leak and rattle. Wish I could deposit the video but if you press on the valve the rattle stops. yes they are the OEM 60mm Helical electic actuating ones

Gotta do our high flow 200cel HJS cats and Maxflo rear exhaust. The tune certainly doesn't hurt though.

OEM F430 cats are 700-800 CPSI

3-way cats are needed and CARB EO for Cali, and many 200 cell cats will fail smog after 2-3 years of typical use. On a 800hp car, yeah, a straight pipe will make more power. On a turbocharged car, a straight pipe will definitely pick up power and response. The noise and drone isn't worth it though. Plus, be green and just live with the power. These days, your 800hp Superfast is slow when a K24 turbo build on E85 and AWD can do 9's, same with a GTS with some bolt ons, or someone in a Tesla Plaid pulls up. Just enjoy the car and sound with the cats because that extra 15hp catless won't matter.

While that is true for many lesser grade catalyst cores. HJS uses a proprietary design and wash coating and is European TUV-approved (stricter than CARB). Our cores are proven to meet or exceed the levels of catalyzation seen with a given OEM Exhaust. We certainly agree with your latter points, bypass pipes are a thing of the past. The technology behind high-flow catalysts, like HJS, allows you to gain all of the pros with none of the cons. (i.e. emissions failures, smell, minuscule flow difference, and environmental impact)

Unfortunately, catalysts with decreased cell count require a sharp increase in precious metals (Platinum, Palladium, and Rhodium). Due to their cost, it is not a viable route for OEM manufacturers to take! Higher cell count like Porsches typical 1200-800 CPSI, allows far less precious metals as it traps more heat leading to proper catlyzation.

My Gt4 2021 OEM has raspy-rattle. Dealer said normal. Sounds like a cheap car exhaust system. Tempted to swap over to full fab. Local track in my area only allows 88db😢. Perhaps car graphic exhaust controller and keep it closed when on track? OEM stock exhaust is within proper sound limits.

Your headers/heat exchangers look like very nice, very high quality. I am interested. Do you have any real dyno numbers for non modified 930's? What real life performance numbers and improvements are you seeing? You mentioned 1000-1500 RPM sooner turbo spooling? That is a significant performance gain. Please let me know?
