Sounds like he needs a ground loop isolator for an aftermarket stereo. Super annoying.

It is caused by the OEM Airbox, these cars were heavily restricted by the factory. Adding in our Competiton Air Intake solves this, and gains you a ton of beautiful induction noise as well!
