I’ve been to the Erie Bayfront and it is a beautiful place. I followed the Erie Comicon on Facebook and in the beginning they couldn’t get the dates right, postponing and rescheduling the show, and looking at the show list I decided not to go. Sounds like I didn’t miss out.

No comics and cons because collectors who mainly middle aged men don't want to buy anything other than dollar bins spidey, bats, and keys!! Like c'mon there's more to comics than the same boring titles over and over again!!

They should call them Funco Pop cons. If anything is a hazard to the future of our environment, it's the inevitable filling of our landfills with Funco Pop figures 40 years from now when the people who bought them die and the people who inherit them have no idea who the characters are they were made to look like.

What I would do is take some of your books on the wall and sell em and then get a nice high grade Hulk 181 and 180..

That El Gato 1 at 14:50 is actually a pretty expensive book. If they do this show regularly, I’d pick it up if it’s still there!

When you purchase the book, you take the full price from the total value. When you sell it, why do you only add the net value? Wouldn't you return the cost value back into the pool?

Other than the StickyGoose rant video, I love this series! It's actually pretty inspiring to see all the deals out in the wild, in all the different types of locations. Always has me anxious for the next video.

If you're gonna grade 90s books you need GPA because those books aren't worth what you think they are. 😂😂

Wow, I had no idea that YT changed their Monetization rules to 5 hundred instead of 1K! That is awesome for people wanting to earn a little extra $$! 😁 My first 3 channels, all non-comic related, made it after 1K. But, When April 15th came around, that "little extra money" really screwed up my tax returns. It kind of treated me now like a "small business owner" LOL. In my situation I pay taxes every year anyway, but they went up like almost $2K that year! Yeeesshhh.... Needless to say, I turned off monetization on all my videos after that. This is ridiculous. Deals fall through all the time. I’m no huge fan of Sticky Goose, but you may need a thicker skin if a deal falling through affects you this way.
