Absolutely, grading is a method of earning money within the hobby and helping the hobby "pay for itself". So, yeah, definitely include profits from grading! That said, be fair about it and include those rejection fees! ;)

Agree with Troy. Use what you think is best to reach your goal. I you think it ads value maybe keep track of pressing and you can estimate at the end for ten presses done by you that at CGC would’ve charged extra $120 or so.

If you are trying to grow maximum profit from minimum expense you most definitely utilize every tool available. You will win some and lose some. But one big win covered allot of losses and get you to your Hulk 181 faster!

X-men 211-212 was the first Wolverine Sabretooth battle. 222 was their next storyline battle. I think 211 and 212 had a couple scraps, so 222 would be their third or fourth encounter after the events of the Maruaders slaughtering the Morlocks.

Yeah you don't know X-Men keys if they were 2 or 3 dollars. You could have done better. Good luck hunting I know I have passed over stuff I lost out on. Sell that 251 now while it's hot because it's not a key other than the artist and cover. That is a 5 dollar book all day and will be again in a year or less

The Batman sells for significantly more out of the package. Goes for 10-15 sealed. But seen it sell for 25 opened and bagged and boarded. You made the right call on the dnagents. Think that knight fall was about twice the price it should have been. Great video as always, nothing I need you to go back and grab me this time. lol.

Amherst, they do this garage sale every Memorial and Labor day weekend. They did a random October one this year.
