@@margaretban7610 this is non air thigh container ( can keep 1 to 2 days only), recommend to use transparent plastic tray or container that can be seal ( can keep up to a month) . Wish you Happy CNY💐 and all the best 👍🤗

@@gilberttankk different brands and types of flour have varying water absorption capacities, so if your dough is too wet, adding a small amount of flour can help adjust the consistency and make it workable.

I'm using all-purpose flour.. will it make a difference on the wetness?.. cookie is super nice and fragrance.. just the wet and sticky feeling when holding it..

@@gabrielawouters1644 hi , maltose works as a glue to stick the sesame's seed and seaweed.🤗 we just need to brush very thin layer.

@@ngelaine2712 你好,不建议自行配粉难拿捏份量,普通面粉就是中筋面粉了,英文叫All purpose flour, 超市很容易就可以买到的。

我用的是中筋面粉,中筋面粉的支撑度比较好,包馅料不容易破裂。低筋面粉过于软,筋度少比较难包馅。

@@ngelaine2712 详细的资料和解说在discribtion box ,后面加入的花生油是用来防沾的,需要依据各人炒制的状况,出锅前若很黏可以慢慢1茶匙1茶匙的加入花生油。我加了大约有10克
