This is exactly what I was looking for! Do you think it would get bad if I didn’t use maltose? Or is it what glues everything together?

@@gabrielawouters1644 hi , maltose works as a glue to stick the sesame's seed and seaweed.🤗 we just need to brush very thin layer.
