@meagan_harbison20 күн бұрын
Yes we have a course, along with several resources to help you pass ✅ Did you already purchase your NASM material and if so has it been more than 28days?

This is really helpful, thank you for sharing it! Definitely helps to show the demo and wording as subtitles in the video. Great Job, also some humor touch with it. nice work ;)

Yall don’t waste your time on this NASM crap. If you haven’t already learned- big box gyms don’t pay you enough to survive, and doing independent or online is more of sales than anything “training” it’s also not as lucrative when everyone with a half decent physique on IG or KZbin doesn’t need to be certified to “train” people. I can only speak for myself but I also know a ton of trainers who got certified and are already moving on to other career paths. I personally decided to go to school for welding because you can make 6-figures right out of school as long as you’re putting in time and working enough hours. I spent 3 years doing everything I was told for PT and I never made enough to pay my bills let alone make my $ back on the NASM cert or any other cert I would’ve taken and paid for. Can you call it a lack of something or “you just personally suck at it or did it wrong” maybe you could but go ahead and waste a few years struggling and then come back to this comment after you realize I was right. I say this as a warning to those who have big passion but aren’t aware of the reality. Best of luck everyone.

Overactive doesn’t mean they are tight as well. There are muscles that tend to be overactive but are not short/tight.
@meagan_harbison6 ай бұрын
Agreed for example NASM will state the psoas (main hip flexor) is overactive & needs to be stretched, but many times it’s rather a lack of training that muscle and strengthening it can alleviate that “tightness”. These are terms to pass the NASM CPT and other textbook CPTs specifically. Overactive/underactive muscles along with the several distortion syndromes they have are outdated terms that we shouldn’t be informing our clients have, but instead focus on what we can help improve our clients to live healthier lifestyles.

I don't know how much you bench, but you don't scare me. I've trained various martial arts...to include Marksmanship. Women should carry enough bodyfat to menstruate, IMO. They shouldn't look like guys either.

I love it when girls act like they are stronger than men. You can bench for the rest of your life and i can walk in the gym today and beat your best PR without ever having trained. We are not the same.
