In this video I go over how I’ve been eating to try and optimize my recovery process. You should always consult with your doctor on whether or not you can/should take/continue taking certain medications or vitamins/supplements throughout this process. This is just what I have been doing, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s what you should do. Overall though incorporating protein, veggies & fruit in your diet, while maintaining hydration is a key factor in helping the recovery process go smoothly.
