Make a guide on how to connect a target light to this turntable

I just don't understand. why not send the puck it thing already assembled?? why do I have to put it together? no biggies just don't make sense to me..

What does it do?

I order a Tonearm for the STX. The quality is for real total bad. Distorted sound, the headshell can turn around 360° and is loose. And the carbon have total sharp edges. Years ago i buy a PT01 Tonearm in top quality... Also i order vinyls from JD. Not flat and you can see pickels or what ever on the vinyls. Absolut B Stock for the full price.

Why would you remove the ground? Now the turntable will hum.

Having the same problem a few other folks are having im following this video to a T but I can’t get the fader to adjust properly even when the faders supposed to be completely off I can hear the track faintly going. I feel the cut does not even work please help just purchased and new to hobby. Also purchased your tone arm thanks

Ok one question when you put the case back on where are u putting the battery cable? The case is blocking the camera so I couldn’t see. Is the cable plugged in Back where it orginally was? Or is there a new spot on the pre amp or break outboard broad? Thinking about ordering the tone arm n just want to be sure I understand before I buy thanks!!! 14:22 is the exact spot

Wow, that is just awesome. Not a scratch dj but I love that you came up with this.

Especially after seeing problems with installation and such, I'm very reluctant to potentially screw up my portable. Especially since this wa sthe most expensive portable I bought and don't want to break it. Think I'll just put some weight to the old arm with some gorilla tape and the metal from a screwdriver with the handle cut off with a sawzall. The weight alone shpuld help with skipping without me jackin up the main board or bricking the whole thing. Thanks tho. Ya'll should provide a service for the install for us gun shy folk. can the tone arm be connected into the Mic input instead?

Just bought a second hand modded Reloop Spin & the Jesse Dean tone arm doesn’t drop properly it sticks in position as if the actual arm is too tight in the arm housing. I’ve sprayed contact spray on the pivot pin but not really made any difference. There is an Ortofon OM fitted so do I need a heavier cartridge as well ? Any suggestions appreciated Thanks 🙏🏻

I like Jesse Dean but dont cut the ground wire. I just installed on a old MK2 and without a ground theres a noticeable Hum

Is there a trick to make this work? When I run this procedure exactly, I still can’t tighten up the cut in on my fader in the right hand position? Does this only work if I’ve moved the fader to the left?

Is it possible to purchase the extra pieces of this kit if I own the Black and Silver kit for the Numark PTO1?

It doesnt work, I cant adjust it like that, the best I can do is set the cut in to fully sharp, any ideas?

Unfortunately very poor quality! The gold plating on a cinch pin came off after a year! I have used the TECHNICS only at home and never puts the cinch cable out.

Sorry. THIS IS STUPID. Turntable DJ's migrate to RANE ONE because we NO LONGER want Needle Jump, Pay for EXPENSIVE Ortofons, etc. Now you're going to put a tone arm back on a non-tone-arm Controller? That's like putting a gas tank on a Tesla!!!

They worked great with my 2 channel pioneer mixer, today i purchased the pioneer xz unit and tried linking my technics into the 2 spare channels on that, absolute no go, thank god i didnt snip off my earth cables as im going to need to feed them back through and use them on the earthing point on the console. Just tuck them in, dont snip them off, you may live to regret it.

Can any one help be for a mess up my secod target light...... i never snipped the resister!! when plugged back in my led blew straight away :( my negative wire i soldered onto the bottom pin my positive wire soldered onto the orange lead all that said i never snipped the resister!! so when i plugged backin the led blew.... if i cut the resister in thesecond one and follow the same steps in the video will this solve my problem?? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY ADVICE OR TIPS

Wish there was a target light for the STX

Does the vinyl audio from the STX filter out the lower frequencies? I wanted to sample 7” & 45s with my STX but noticed that the low end is missing from the line out, headphones, and the external speaker as compared to my other standard turntables or the Bluetooth connection using the same songs.

Yo, I respect and appreciate the mods you guys create, but I have gone through 3, yes 3 numark Pt-01(thank god for guitar centers coverage) trying to install this tone arm. And each time it is always a power issue. I have done everything step by step perfect on this. No breaking, no wires touching etc etc. and this still kills my numarks. Like what the fuck. There should be an updated video on this.
