@@jdchsdjhjdespite being mounted in the loft my boiler is about 200mm off the boarding so hand access isn’t an issue. Also mine has two blue ball valves at the front right corner rather than the two black screw valves as shown in the vid. Does a car need to be pre washed/rinsed before putting the 3 products on? Or just immediately start with the foam?
@bigtedshome11 күн бұрын
@@theking98903 Just start with the Polar Blast foam. It will remove most of the dirt when you rinse it off

@@bigtedshome Thank you! I've also got autoglyms advanced wheel cleaner product, when would I stick that on please? Would that be after the foams and washes?
@bigtedshome10 күн бұрын
@theking98903 Yes, I would do the wheels last. If you spray the wheels during the snow foam and shampoo stages, the pressure washer will remove most of the brake dust. You can then use the wheel cleaner to remove the most stubborn bits 🙂

@Pete.Ty1 I normally use AutoGlym Polar Blast as it produces a good thick foam even at a 1:5 ratio. The best foam I've used in terms of cleaning performance is Bilt Hamber Autofoam, but it is expensive if you use it at the recommended 4% PIR.

Brilliant video, thanks! Just one question: why did you connect the wire (twin fuse arrangement) to the slot where the lighter fuse was? Was there no available slot to plug in the camera on its own? thanks
@bigtedshome14 күн бұрын
Good question. The problem with blank slots is that you don't know if they are actually live or if they are switched or not. You could test them, but it is the norm to piggy back onto the lighter fuse as this is definitely switched and is setup for the correct current.
