Very impressive lathe. I really like the dust extraction system.

I had some fabric at home that was a stretchy material that braids really well just like that didn't affect the power at all until it got clogged with dust but definitely saved my filter

Love that shop tour.. Nice to see a professional shop setup. Gave me lots and lots of ideas.. Love the Dust Collection systems you have in the shop.. Keep that warm/cool air in the shop where it belongs. Just clean it like it should be cleaned.. Love those Downdraft tables.. Hope you keep making videos.. Thanks for the ones you did put out.. The shop tour was really awesome..

Can you share the wiring instructions on how you wired this… I’m building the same thing with the same blower, just wanted some input on the wiring

I like the pool sock but Dude, please redo video without blowing the dust all over or at least explain how it shouldn’t be done close to neighbours. I’m experiencing a bad flashback: I rented an apartment next to a neighbour who would shake his dust loose like you did but the day I found out, I was BBQing I saw these clouds of dust blowing in my direction - too many people don’t consider what is down wind . Not cool to remember; don’t sweat it though - I use a bag over the filter before but I never heard of a pool sock - Thank You

Great tip it's also recommended to use a vacuum bag instead. Prolong the filter even longer.

Thanks for the view.👍🏼 Just out of curiosity, did you see the short?
@thechumpsbeendumped.77975 ай бұрын
@@ODDBALLGALLERYKeithWilliams yes. Liked and subscribed because of the plywood short first. I’m wondering how the knot polyhedron would look if you’d also turned it into a ball? Or would the irregular grain make it it too onerous a task? Both look incredible and I appreciate the amount of work and precision required to make them.
@ODDBALLGALLERYKeithWilliams5 ай бұрын
@@thechumpsbeendumped.7797 I planned on rounding out the Knot ball, but I thought it looked cool as it was. I used up most of my smaller knots on this one ,but I still have plenty of big knots left. Maybe I’ll build a much larger Knotosphere.
