You were lucky to have an outside toilet. When I was a lad, if you needed to use the toilet, you had to walk 5 miles to Mill, work 25 hours and then you were allowed to use bucket in corner.

Good evening John, nice shave. Thats a beatiful brush you have there. I orderd last week al of the Simsons creams, pre shave oils and the balms. It took 10 days before it arirved in Holland. TOBS was really my first legitimate shave soap, it’s so easy to lather, almost too easy, felt like I was cheating. Sorry to hear about your health issues Sir, I hope the doctor can take care of it.

Ask the doc to test you for bile acid reabsorption. It can cause cramps like you described. Try peppermint oil capsules. They helped me.

Trouble on the inside, but at least you’re looking good on the outside. That’s the main thing! Or maybe not…. Hope you’re feeling better sooner than later!

Im really sorry to hear about your health issues. I do hope you continue to get better. And i loved the shave. Im going to get some of that soap. I love the scent of proraso sandlewood, and if thats like it, ill love it. My own sotd was my rockwell 6c with a kai blade. I used my t3 synthetic to lather sterlings orange chill. And finished with the orange chill witch hazel splash. Very very smooth shave. Have a great rest of the week mate. And again, feel better soon 👍

Growing up my dad wore Stetson. I did for a while too since I didn’t have anything in grade school. That’s what this soap reminds me of a tad bit. Could be the color. lol

Unsweetened fig leaf tea helps me with my constant stomach problems! Of course it's to help. Well, in my case the problem was minimized because I found out that a medication was to blame and I had it replaced.
