Not big on onions, but I gotta say, this looks really good! The thing I appreciate is that it's simple. Beef, onions and cheese. All across KZbin I see people loading their burgers with a ton of filler crap and about a dozen different sauces. Nice to see something simple for a change!

This dish and others like it got my family through many years. I can’t remember a time when she made Swiss steak and everyone didn’t clean their plates completely. Honestly might be my favorite dish out of all the exotic, upper scale food I’ve ate. Can’t even compare to this.

You didnt let the roast come to room temp before putting it in the oven & you just put it straight from the fridge into the oven. The meat can't cook evenly.

Just made this tonight with s big baked potato. The Ribeye came out GREAT, except within two minutes of taking the pan out if the oven I forgot to use the oven mitt and “slightly “ burned three fingers. Fortunately I left go quickly. Other than that it was awesome. Thanks
