I am up in age (over 80). About eight years ago I had an excruciating pain underneath my breast, right in the middle. It felt like a pipe with a 5 cm diameter pressing down excruciatingly hard. It disappeared again after a few minutes. Since then I experienced similar episodes about twice a year, sometimes three times. Recently, I experienced two episodes within ten days; however, the second episode was relatively mild. I usually try to take deep breaths (don't know if that helps and makes it disappear, and a few times I resorted to a ASS pill, don't know if that made it stop either), but I do remember the first experience was the most violent one. The last time (recently, after the second episode in ten days) I checked into the emergency room, but by that time the pain had disappeared and they could not discover what was wrong, but they gave me an appointment to see a cardiologist (in six months time). I had a cardiac check-up about four years ago after experiencing an unusual bout of shortness of breath when walking uphill, but the severity of it disappeared again. I try to walk almost every day between one and two hours, and living in a pre-alpine area, there always are some kind of inclines to negotiate. On weekends my companion and I often walk between three and four hours. Since I plan to fly overseas shortly to visit my children, I am a bit worried being on the plane for about eight to ten hours. I eat mainly vegan and vegetarian (Omega 3 fish etc). Thank you doctor. I am a first time viewer, and I am impressed by your style, your voice, and your delivery of the info.

Yep, that’s exactly where I’m at right now. I’m on my way out and up. I’m going to try and push out a little more time, God willing, but my personal end is very near. Lifelong diabetic type 1 with a heart defect since birth, yet using health and fitness, prayer, faith, and trying to be a good, kind, peaceful person who helps others, and loves animals and nature, enabled me to overcome it for a long time. Eventually though, it was bound to catch up. It’s weird to know you’re dying, yet still feel so alive like you want to achieve, adventure, and accomplish so much more… oh well…

My best friend was recently diagnosed with heart failure after presenting at the ER with difficulties standing and walking. She had been gaining a lot of weight despite "successful" dieting, which was the first symptom. She is currently in a nursing home rehab after being in the hospital for a week. Within the past 5 weeks, she has lost 117 pounds and over 100 pounds was water weight! No wonder she couldn't walk. As far as breathlessness, she had asthma since childhood so in hindsight, breathing had become more difficult also.

Take 5 lemons (with all pips, rind and flesh) and 30 cloves of peeled garlic, and blend in blender or kitchen processor. Place in pot with 1 litre water. Bring to boil and let it cool. Strain water off and bottle, (preferably glass). Store in fridge and discard the rest. Drink 30mls of lemon/garlic water per day for 3 weeks, (before or after main meal of the day), then rest from therapy for 8 days, followed by another 3 weeks of 30mls per day. Do the cleanse yearly for healthier heart and blood vessels. After first 3 weeks, you will feel youthful regeneration. After second 3 weeks, you will feel totally rejuvenated.❤

Doctor, your video was wonderful! I too have all five symptoms and when I saw a “preventative cardiologist??” He told me I definitely had heart disease. But being very ornery, I blew off the visit and just really kicked into changing my diet drastically and I walk almost every day. Both my parents died of heart failure/heart attacks. Besides that, I want to mention that you are extremely easy on the eyes and your voice is magic. Maybe you can practice in Texas?!?!?❤️❤️❤️

For months now my chest has been hurting and im nervous to tell someone because i don’t want to sound dumb because i could be over reacting (i am 12) but i have been getting a pain in the center of my chest which at first was kind of like a weight or burning but then it switched to a stabbing pain which didn’t last long and now the pain(which is like a burning pull) comes and goes often and is located where my heart is. It’s been happening for months now and i dont know if i should be concerned or not, should i? *By the way,* my dad vapes a *lot* around me like in the car house etc could it be because of that? (if it’s lung problems)

Thanks. Mum had heart failire and AFIB was first detected when she lost appetite. Is AFIB the same as congestive heart failure? She had an on-going utl that ddn't want to clear. She was pretty tired for the final few months and one morning about a yr before she passed, her face has really sowllen up just the once. She also had a fall in the garden several years earlier but not breathless etc - it all makes sense now, largely.

Good afternoon Dr My son was diagnosed with Heart Failure October 2022 on his 44th birthday 27/10/2022. My son has been diagnosed with Heart Failure over 2 years ago. He is 45yo. He has a pacemaker and defibrillator inserted. He suffers from all the 5 symptoms you have just stated. These symptoms only commenced after being made to get the COVID vaccination in order to keep his job. Following the vaccination he immediately became so unwell that he was bedridden for 4 days which he only just slept and drank water. He lost his job anyway. The 2nd time he was made get the COVID vaccination was so he could get into a Refuge as he had been made homeless as he lost his job and was evicted from the rental place that he had recently moved into. He again fell so ill that he was unable to get into the refugee as they don't take anyone after 10pm, and he had gone to the hospital and then had to leave to make it to the Refuge, consequently missing the deadline. He had no where to go and was so sick spent the night in a park near the Refuge. He was so sick he spent was bedridden for 10 days. It was after this that he moved back home. He became breathless and thought it was stress at not having a job and any money. This breathlessness only worsened over the.next few months. He was unable to sleep as when he lay down he couldn't breath. This continued for a couple of nights and it became so bad that he woke me at 2 am and asked me to call the ambulance. This was October 2022. He was in hospital and his heart capacity 14%. The doctor said he is lucky to be alive. We live in NSW Australia. I would like your opinion that it is possible that it was COVID vaccine that caused the heart damage. No-one believes me or my son it was due to him being made get the COVID vaccine.

Smoked for almost 30 years Quit 5 years ago. Became a sprint tri athlete, weight trained, was on no medications, no supplements but my cholesterol was a little high. Heart attack and double bypass at 48, doctors blame it on the cigarettes, I agree but diet’s the missing link.

I never had any of those precursors. Not one. I went to bed feeling fine but 1/2 hour later I had a persistant dull pain in my chest that I knew was serious. I took a taxi to the Emergency room and after a tiny bit of fluffing around I was taken to intensive care. Within 5 minutes I had an infarctus and passed out. It took the doctor 5 minutes to reboot me. Had I waited for an ambulance, I'd be dead. A stent was placed in a blocked artery and I'm good. I do have swollen ankles in summer but in winter I'm fine. This happened in December 2019. I take Asaflow daily but nothing else. Life goes on.
