Thank you so much for developing this! I completely agree with the other comments, this really hits the sweet spot for me with how I want to organise the different facets of my life. Also new to Notion so these videos are so helpful and looking forward to the next ones!

Thank you for your videos! We’re still exploring the details of your template and would appreciate some guidance. Could you explain how to interconnect all the information into the Notion calendar in an organized way? Specifically, I’d like tasks, habits, and projects to appear together in the calendar view but it gets overwhelming to know where to start and which step comes next. Also, a written document explaining how to use the template would be incredibly helpful. The tool is amazing, but videos can sometimes move a bit too quickly to follow. Thank you again for this and hope you accomplish all your goals for the year!

Don't know why but there's something in this Notion template that really resonates with how I want my life to be organised. Still navigate through this tho. Could you pls upload vids guiding quarterly plan/ monthly/ weekly and daily pls? Found this yearly plan vid super helpful!

Hi Ciara, just purchased your template for setting up my 2025. Thank you for this hard work. However, really one thing that got me to buy it was the small calendars (I am also a fan of bullet journals) because even though I tried many templates, I could not get these small calendars and I NEED them (crazy, right?). So, where are the 2025 small calendars, please? Also, maybe a warning to give to ppl like me who work on laptop, is that font size cannot be altered on Notion (which I just discovered), so none of the titles are complete when I look, say, at the front page.I have to click to see the full title. Can be frustrating or take a while to get used to it.

Thanks for sharing this. I’m in the US and am just finishing a Masters in a technical field that I love. I see so many job postings and opportunities where a PhD would give me such a leg up and just love the experience of being in classes and being in a learning environment, it’s just a great feeling and the structure helps as well. But I am questioning when/whether/if I can AFFORD to do a PhD and effectively delay my career while taking on even more debt. It just doesn’t make sense for me to not go back into the (job) market after the masters. So it’s a big dilemma. I have been searching around for resources related to earning money during a PhD and this is so far the most realistic thing I’ve found. Ty!

Ok so over the summer in my acting class we did some Alexander technique which was really useful. If you have the means I would say finding a coach for a few sessions would do a lot of good. Otherwise lying in semi supine on the floor for 10 mins a day. Spending less time sitting on a chair, more time on the floor. Yoga. Strengthening any weak muscles, around hips, glutes, for me around back/shoulder area is most problematic. And then I’m also seeing a functional massage therapist to help with any of the discomfort from shortened muscles or knots around my shoulders / hips

Ooh. Are you looking for non fiction or fiction? I didn't read much non fiction this year because I was practicing a low information diet when working my way through the steps of the 4 hour work week. Favourite this year: Wintering. 3 of my all time favourites (non fiction): Getting Things Done; The Power of Moments; Rest.

Thank you for this video. I happened to be crying and didn't really know why at first and then it hit me the thought "I hate this fucking job". I've been working part time as a journalist and it's such a boring unfulfilling underpaid job that right from the start I wasn't sure whether to continue. I hoped it would get better but it's not. They want me to work more hours and I know I will be underpaid even in the new year. I'm sad though cuz I wanted some more money and the guys are cool, I can also often work from home and it's an easy job. But I can't stand it's such a waste of time. I want to be brave and on Monday just say to my boss that I don't want to go on. Either he pays me well and I do less hours, or I just go away even though they are really going to need me in the next months. But it's not my responsibility, if they want me they'll make me a good offer. I still have my acting course and my Italian course where I get a lot more of money from. And I so want to focus on preparing for my PhD, I have to retake language exams and study to write a research project, I feel all the time like this job is robbing me of my time. I'm scared... Also of what my family and so are going to think of me. I don't wanna look like a quitter... But you helped me make this decision anyway ❤️

Padma, I am so sorry to hear that you are having a tough time. It's good that you have other income sources that you can rely on because I would definitely make sure that if you are thinking of leaving your job to make sure that you will still be able to support yourself. I don't think quitting makes you a quitter, you're choosing yourself which is very brave xxx

Hello Ciara, I love your content and have recently saved up to purchase your template which really resonates for me. I was only familiar with some basics of Notion though and am already finding it challenging to negotiate setting up a new year/months with accurate dates for 2025 and other issues... I am wondering if you could possibly do some step-by-step videos of each of the functionality sections for the Notion-illiterate of us? Thank you!

Hi! First of all, congratulations, this template is amazing! I'm loving what I'm seeing! I was wondering if is there any chance you record a video on how you created it? Of course it doesn't need to be fully explained because of reasons, but maybe something a bit less robust would be cool. I honestly kind of hate myself because of me asking you this, but since I can't afford it, I would like to recreate your system (basically, because as far I've watched, it might be one of the templates I could totally use). Thanks! Love your work!
