I grow celery in containers but I grow them so so for the leaves and dehydrate them. If I grow 4 celery plants, and let them get to full size, which I do, I can get enough celery leaves to last me a year. Once the leaves are dehydrates the volume reduces massively so they don't take up much room. I like what you've done here as it means you get so much more celery leaf if you harvest them young.

Your Celery looks so good. My wife and I eat lots of Celery, I have a couple of plants growing in the garden. I love to add it to juices when I juice as well.
