Nah, if it made Roger laugh it is going to make Luffy laugh and Luffy isn't going to laugh at a kingdom powered by a sun. Too complex. One Piece is way more simple and the most simple theory is 99% of the time correct. It is a story told by a naive point of view, that's why it is so mysterious, a lot of details are left out. It makes the fan base go crazy with theories which ultimately fall flat when the most obvious one comes true. To prove this, let's look at the biggest twist so far, Luffy's fruit change. We had the introduction of Nika a handful of chapters early. We had the gorosei talking about a legendary fruit. The entire fan base went absolutely insane with theories. It ended up being Luffy. The most obvious choice. The One Piece will be the same. A very simple object that the fan base goes above and beyond tying in so much lore, just for Oda to clear the story board with a gag. Mark my words, it has been the same formula over and over guys.

There is something bothering me… I could be wrong but it seems like the secret dream that Luffy and Roger share is connected to the one piece… the only reason for Oda to hide his secret dream all this time is if when stated it reveals what the one piece is. Like the dream is what the one piece is or the dream is what one could realize with the power or abilities from acquiring of the one piece… it’s the only answer that makes sense to me. That the dream of Luffy is whatever the one piece is… if Rogers crew saw that Rogers crazy dream was the one piece that would make them all laugh out loud. especially if it was something no one would believe is possible and they brushed off as crazy or childish like everyone has responded to Luffy when he says the dream. no it wasn't so simple..and not that obvious...in some sense it can be the sun..but not becuz of the reasons u mentioned.. look at the X scar on luffy's chest..its location of treasure one piece where will end up...the one piece is a mechanical heart..it's a valuable object that represent the sun..that's like the sun will become luffy's new heart...read about the aztec sun heart ritual..(similar to skypia arc sacrifice rituals)...the one piece treasure will be modeled after the aztec sun stone/disk..it will boost luffy's gear abilities and improve his nikka heartbeats..

It took me a second to get into the theory, but you cooked. I love the idea that Luffy and Blackbeard are meant to destroy the Adam and Eve trees. Blackbeard is making his way to Marijoa and Luffy is on Elbaf. It would tie the two places together and could escalate the series to its conclusion relatively sooner. Left behind for him to enjoy in the future" And roger fucking eats it. Passes his will into it as well, and then tasks Shanks to go get it back. We all think of Roger has a great guy but he's a pirate. He was told not to and still did it anyway, and thought his son would be the one to claim it back and continue the story, but he was wrong. That's why luffy and roger share a dream, because he has roger's will too, and everyone elses will who as ever eaten the fruit, not just one person. I think that this near to limitless energy might be fusion energy because it matches the theory so perfectly fusion energy works like the sun's core by fusing atoms to release large amounts of energy people literally call it artificial suns and the promise of this new fusion energy tech is always that it will be near limitless amounts of energy probably solving alot of world problems along the way creating some kind of world piece but also being potentially a weapon of mass destruction that could set back the earth thousands of years ago which could explain why the one piece world is a post apocalyptic world anyways I wouldn't be surprised if ODA plans for it to be fusion energy since he seems to be into those niche science conspiracy theories like Anunnakis and Mu so it would be easy for him to find his way to this semi niche and semi mainstream alternative energy solution that people always talk about. Actually, the shandora reference is really meaningful. It's long been speculated that oda originally didn't intend on the manga to go on this long, and that he planted all the seeds we need to solve the one piece in the pre time skip, specifically the early arcs. And this detail about the ancient shandians worshipping trees hasn't been brought up by anyone in any real deep regard. Bro is cooking here
