I saw him as serious knowing he knew Shanks and came up with him on the pirate ship with Roger. More over, those Buggy Bombs were blowing that city TF UP! Buggy always had this air of "potential badass" about him. He also took down Zoro and nearly had Luffy in their fight. He just went out like a joke with the but shot.

Im a firm believer that Crossguild will make Neo-MADS a branch within their organization. Neo-MADS will probably need some consistent financial income. We know based on Croc and Mihawk's last conversation that they need overwhelming military strength. To me this seems like a match made in heaven. We also know based on the coverstory that both Judge and Ceasar have an obsession with making weapons. If Vegapunk dies (or is believed to be dead) then they will be in a position to close the gap in power between them and the Marines. Also I think that Queen convinces King (along with other beast pirate remnants) to come with him and be the bodyguards for Neo-MADS, therefore linking him to Crossguild. This way, you can add more numbers to the organization as well as gain some much needed weaponry. Plus there are already many ties connecting to one another is some way or form.

Katakuri can become the captain and rename the Big Mom Pirates into the Charlotte Pirates and continue protecting his family. I think Katakuri is smart enough to figure out Conqueror's Coating and if he taps into that level of Conqueror's, that will definitely put him on Yonko level.

Katakuri will take the title of Captain of the Big Mom Pirates and this will strengthen his haki abilities including conquerors. They will end up being as the remnants of the old Yonko crew like the Whitebeard pirates, protecting themselves from marines and other rivals or will align themselves under a bigger fleet of the Yonko crews (Straw Hats, Red Hair, Blackbeard, or Cross Guild).

Buggy is really starting to sound like Rocks. Somehow ropping in legendary captain-level pirates under his flag. And everyone of them sticks around because the clown of a leader is actually leading them smoothly in a way the whole thing is basically a vacation while the rest of the world panics. But then, what about Shanks? He's been pretty sinister as of late hasn't he? Is he also a paralel from the past?

Compared to Shanks regarding the individual fighting, Buggy is weaker but Buggy's fleet compared to Shanks is stronger. Buggy's charisma is on another level... As far as battles are concerned, I would like Mihawk aka Hawkeye vs Fujitora, the blind man and Sir Crocodile (desertification powers) vs Ryokugyu (greening powers).

Okay, hear me out. What if, and I know this is seriously messed up, the poneglyph translator for Cross Guild will be Oden? If Moria joins then he could bring Oden back to life. I would NOT like to find out though what the rotting corpse of someone who boiled to death in a pot of oil would look like. Maybe it's just as rotten as Captain John's or maybe it would look seriously messed up. I dont even think Buggy would order Moria to revive Oden. On the way to Wano Buggy would probably tell all the higher ups of Cross Guild about Oden while reminiscing about adventures with Roger and Moria is just a piece of poo and digs up Oden's corpse when getting there. That would also add an incredible fighter to CG and they could use the shadow of a Marine swordsman who had a bounty and was captured instead of killed. For Doflamingo I think it's almost safe to say he will join Cross Guild. Lots hints towards it as you pointed out so I wont repeat the points here. Apoo, if he is still alive, I could imagine joining as well. Caesar I dont quite know. Although he would fit as a fellow clown I think he would prefer not to stand out in any way for a while.

Maybe Perona and one of Dol flamingo's old suborinates might join Buggy's group instead of the others. But it'd be cool if Buggy just became notorious for gathering Pirates by breaking into Impel down. But again Doffy would would be smart enough to realize what Croc and Mihawk are doing, putting all the main stuff onto Buggy. Plus Doffy :"pretty much lost all his power" and Buggy took his place. So at the end of it they might just let Buggy do it. At this point all these guys kind of got lazy with being warlords, so now they might get into the gear to find the one piece. I swear they better make Bon Clay a Straw Hat......

Even though One Piece is taking a dark turn, bringing in shadow governments, corruption, politics, and biblical prophecies, I still believe that the ending especially with laugh tale will end in OG One Piece fashion, with the Cross Guild playing a factor in it. Letting off tears and laughter to the audience ending this great series.

With Buggy's tendency to fail upwards, I absolutely believe that Cross Guild will reach Laugh Tale. That's as far as I see them actually getting considering the two other crews I believe will actually get there, one of which I think will already be there upon their arrival. I won't go into detail about it since I'm planning my own theory about it, but the crew that reaches Laugh Tale ahead of them will prevent Cross Guild from reaching One Piece until the third crew arrives not long after.

I just had a funny thought, since it seems like cross guild is planning to Hunt down bounties and somehow cash in the rewards, all the powerful guys in the guild are criminal and therefore can't cash them in, what if zoros 2 buddies join cross guild as you said and their role is to cash in the bounties? I mean, that would make for some funny moments since they would end up in the News as the "powerful hunters who took down these big criminals" which the strawhats would find put about, imagine zoro then meeting them later on when he thinks they started going big time just to realize their ridning on mihawks reputation

UK in a way oda set up how many mythical devil fruits each yonko crew has. Red Hair Pirates have None, Luffy has 1, Cross Guild has 2 & Blackbeard has 3. In the 287 chapter it translates to honey so it stands the reason the fourth character who is the God of rain is a basic sticky honey user who keeps himself together torso wise and stretchy appendages. Buggy has 2 because of his relationship with him however because he's the one in charge of buggy's means of aquiring John's treasure so buggy is god of wealth, prophecy and the forest since the guy with the forest abilities is gonna join cross guild.

Shanks really gave buggy the treasure map to the one piece long ago at marineford. Shanks will tell buggy to bring luffy that map next time they meet in battle in return he will give buggy the real information of the ponyglyphs to get him to the one piece. Buggy will end up finding the one piece when the final battle comes likely near laughtale but won’t be able to use it and will meet luffy at the battle and give him the map so he can get the one piece and unlock his final form to finish the final arc climax battle. Mmm, idk. Its fine if they go for the one piece but i feel if they have doflamingo on the crew they might go somewhere esle. Someplace high on the grand line, almost red. The one piece is good and all but i feel thats more of a luffy thing and it feels like buggy's crew each and every one has a negative connection to the world government. Moria and his fruit plus attempted murder, croc and his wish to make a military country opposes government rule in general, mihawk will never be at peace as long as the marines are around (still don't know what caused their conflict), doflamingo only wants power and the world government wants him dead, the other yonkos also have similar problems. Buggy might want the one piece but his 'crew' wants something more then that. The one piece seems very limiting to the buggy crew.
