An oddly high number of these plays involved the Kansas City Chiefs.

Hope the NFL has redefined "blindside block". Hard to buy that penalty when the man is squarely in front of the opponent. Looked like great football to me.

I love that first penalty. The ref had to explain that yes, kicking the ball twice is actually a penalty.

Most of these penalties are actually fairly common.

So at 3:50 that was really a crackback block? The defender ran right into him.

Imagine how crazy you’ve gotta talk to get a flag for it. Most these NFL dudes are from the streets and rural America, its gotta go to a 10th degree to get unsportsmanlike off of words 🤣

Didn't watch it all, but I bet the "leaping" penalty against the Dolphins on a MNF game wasn't called! And cost them the game after a blocked field goal against Indy (?) on a field goal try. First time any of us knew you weren't allowed to actually jump up and raise your arm to block a field goal try. Unreal!

me looking at the most replayed graph: "huh somebody must of done something very technical and slight and had to be replayed a bunch to see it even in slo-mo" why it's actually the most replayed: "DID I HEAR THAT RIGHT????????"

LSU VS FLORIDA PENALTY ON THE DEFENSE FOR THROWING A HEAD PLAYER SHOE 20 YARDS DOWN THE FIELD ITS JUST HORRIBLE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. I MEAN ITS CHILDISH. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS PENALTY ON FLORIDA. AUTOMATIC FIRST DOWN

this will be a fairly long post because people have to understand why the Packers are often much louder at Ford Field, though it's a road game. As a die hard Packer fan in south central Michigan I still get a laugh at that Rodgers to Rodgers Hail Mary. I was at the local bar and there were a few Packer fans, but mostly Lions fans. I say the flag and cheered. The Announcers, as always, made a mess of it. They said "they stunned the crowd". No, if you listen, the cheers were far louder for the Packers a that point. The Lions were by and large already eliminated from playoff contention. People not from Michigan have to understand that a majority of the western part of the Upper Peninsula is Packer country. Copper Harbor, often described as the furthest point from Detroit in the state. It can take 11 or more hours to make the trip. don't trust Google since Google does averages. Once you get to the bridge, heading north, and you're going west through the UP there is zero interstate. You get off I-75 right at the Might Mac, and then head west on 2-4 land black-top or tarmac. There are turns, towns, traffic lights, hills, small mountains, and more. There are plenty of places where the speed goes down to 25-35 MPH, you also have tons of trucks, since there isn't a direct rail connection. I've known more than a few people from the western UP and they've said that the Packer road game to Detroit is always marked on the calendar the day that the schedule is fully released. A good share of companies in the western stretches of the UP consider the Thursday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday after the game as a guaranteed holiday. People who make the trip to Ford Field, given that it's often a night game don't want to make the 11-13+ hour drive(yup over 13 hours) after watching the game, so they get hotel rooms and then drive that next day. The Might Mackinaw Bridge tolls traditionally have most of the booths open that entire weekend.

I looked it up, and in that first game, Atlanta won in overtime. So the penalty quite probably cost Carolina the win.

I believe in college, if a defensive player or players calls out signals with the intent of causing a false start by the offense, the penalty is called "Disconcerting Signals" and it's equivalent to a delay of game. I've seen this one called a few times but yes, it is rare.

I only made it partway through. Half of these I have no idea what anyone did to get the penalty. The ref announcing the penalty doesn't make it clear who did what that was wrong. YOU also don't bother explaining so I have no incentive to continue to watch when I don't know what is going on half the time, you aren't explaining and the announcers either don't say or you didn't include that or the replay in your clip.
@cflisthebest26 күн бұрын
what kind of stupid rule is that? a player can't kick the ball out of the endzone if it gets snapped behind him? it's really redundant. the whole point is to give up a safety rather than give the defense a touchdown. dumb NFL rules.

The problem in the NFL today is players who are emotionally childlike.
