Да они рады, что все их отбросы убрались за границу, но при этом связи с ними не теряют, как и не отказываются от денег, что те присылают на родину. Их нисколько не волнует, что это деньги с наркоты-бандитизма...Вообще не надо слушать всех этих мусульман и прочих, у них совершенно другой менталитет, который отличен от европейского.-Аллах дал нам эту Землю и она будет наша! Hi, I've just got back from Dukes on The Palm with teenage boys and I would say this hotel was more suited to children. It depends on the age of the children though. Dukes the palm has a lazy river and a very small kids pool area. The main pool is deep so not suited to younger children really. The W has an adult vibe with the wet deck and the pool layout and restaurants. I wouldn't choose W with children. The Dukes review video will be out soon so you'll see more of the hotel.

Hi, We jumped in the car as we were so busy trying to fit everything in we were often running out of time!! It was definitely walkable - from memory of what I heard someone else say 20 minutes but don't hold me to that!

Hey, was there salt water in the pool? Did you see the little sharks and octopuses? Is the sofa bed in every villa with nightwear, or did you have to ask for it and pay extra? Did the sound of the sea disturb you at night? Is there nightlife and entertainment on the island? I go to bed very late. Thank you. Sorry for so many questions 🙂

Hi, The pools were fresh water but I know they were doing work on them when we left so I can't guarantee this is still the same. Yes lots of small sharks around the island. I didn't see any octopus. Because our son was in the same room they automatically make up the sofa as a bed but if staying as a couple it would be a sofa. The room was quiet at night as we had the doors shut and the air conditioning on. There were a few things going on in the evenings but mostly it's about going to the restaurants and quiet bars to enjoy a drink. They had certain entertainment on certain nights in areas of the island so always something to do/see.

Just came back from Skiathos on Tuesday. Stayed at the Thalasso, where you had your first night meal. Wandered into town thru those back streets. You did get a wee bit lost on the walk in… but very familiar with all those back streets and ate in the same tavernas. Was really hot last week and the town was very busy. Glad you liked it. Think we might just go back next year too😊

The water off the water villas is deep so wouldn’t be suitable but the water from the beach stays fairly shallow and you can see sharks in this depth

Hi. Really enjoyed your video. How long was your walk into skiathos old town? I’m looking to go here for a short break myself soon and was going to stay in the old town but as going in the summer I think I’d prefer to be nearer a beach and head in and of the town to eat, drink and dance. What would you Recommend? Thanks.

Hi, we were only there for a few days so it’s difficult for me to say for definite. I think if you want to eat and drink easily you would be better off closer as we were limited where we were. However the restaurants we went to were lovely. If we had more time then we would have been happy to wander down in the evening then maybe get a taxi back. It’s not that far as I think we took the long route! Prob 15-20 minutes.

Really enjoyed watching this!! If you enjoyed the four days please do visit again because there is so much you didn’t manage to see and I know if you had stayed longer you would have adored it. As someone who visits the island yearly, I would say best time to come is early July, before schools break out, but so lovely and warm and the water in the sea is perfect for swimming. May is a little chilly! There is a few lovely walks into town from bus stop 4……sadly you took the back route! Next time go past the car park and graveyard and follow the paths down which will take you to the port quicker and is a much nicer walk. Try Kolios beach or Aghia Paraskevi beaches. The beach you went to with the ducks ( normally you see swans on the beach ) whilst is very popular isn’t my favourite and the beach bar in my opinion is very expensive and not that great! …in high summer those beds are 30 euros each and the music booms!…wouldn’t go again. So many restaurants that serve great food and out all the Greek islands I’ve been too, Skiathos is the only one we go back to year after year.

These comments are all out of date now as is Savilles Travels review. We went last year (2023) and the food was fantastic so they have upped their game. The staff were all amazing from the hotel manager down to the cleaning staff and couldn't do enough for you. The TUI reps were also great and nothing was an issue for them and anything you did have was sorted very quickly. On our first day the TV broke down and within an hour we had a new larger TV in it's place. This hotel is so good we are going back again this year. One of the best holiday venues we have been to.

I believe so from what other guests were saying. We were half board so ate dinner at the hotel but had drinks out in the day locally. I've just got back from Skiathos and we ate out all the time, the greek food is so good. I hope you enjoy your holiday

When i went to that hotel i was room 500 something not the wavy side but the still side we went snorkeling there and saw tons of turtles and one was massive . It was near the 2nd pool by the rocks on the left 17:28 at that time stamp

Hi, we went here a very long time ago now. When we stayed it was inside but the building had open sides. It’s a beautiful location and the beach is incredible. I’d love to return one day
