Hi, from Finland. Here's some tips. If you can invest good merino wool underlayer, you'll stay warm even if you get sweaty or wet. You don't need to wash them at all on your trip, you can just hang them outside for a while, they clean them self. If you need more layers, they should be light, strecthy and made from natural fiber. Good pair of wool socks, maybe merino wool too, if you can so they aren't so itchy. (You can buy those from here too.) You should wear only wool socks without regular socks over bare feet under your snow boots, it's much warmer. 👌That is why you should get one size bigger boots, that you can layer maybe even two pairs of wool socks if needed. Gluten free: pasta you can buy anywhere (atleast from Semper). It should be in separate shelf for gluten free, but nit always. 🤷🏻♀️ Usually there's also gluten free fresh bread, but if not, it's in freezers. We have also gluten free chocolate (from Panda) But there's no gluten free instant soup. If this doesen't help you, maybe it'll help others that travel here.

This is a really helpful and knowledgeable video, thank you. You're very organised, bringing the gravy, Aunt Bessie's and seasoning sachets 😂. Your channel deserves to grow exponentially, it's very enjoyable and well put together 👍
