Ok i did connected my trailer as you shown but you did not specify about relay that you mentioned, because of that i think one of those wire is drawing more voltage still having similar issue

Yep this is better than the foot pedal mod I was looking for when I found this. Thanks for sharing I agree with what are the engineers thinking. Mostly thinking law suit if some dummy hurts or kills themselves so they have to capitulate and make things almost un-useable because of the modern education standards.

We just installed the Pole Pal USA 7pc Dump Trailer Wiring Set on our PJ Dump Trailer and couldn't be happier! Their kit uses 2 gage wire and Anderson quick connects. We have tried adding a solar panel but it still wasn't enough. We have 3 work trucks and 3 trailers (dump, equipment and enclosed) and plan to install the truck side wiring on all 3 trucks and the trailer side wiring on all 3 trailers. It is the best solution I have found by far! We will use the trucks battery and alternator to supply power to the pump on the dump trailer, winch on the equipment trailer and interior lighting, outlets and accessories on the enclosed trailer.

I stick trimmer line/nylon using scotch permanent double sided tape. If corners start to curl super glue with baking soda ties it down. Heated bed at 80 and too bad they don't got part cooling fan that can blow hot air, it would help. Enclosure is my next project, too much heat transfer is the problem that causes nylon to warp. Need warm bed and heated enclosure.

I don't want to be any where around my powersmart. The Log explodes SO i got a rope and a stick wedge the stick between the button where i pull down on the rope and tie to the stick and handle at the same time, With a rope looped to a flat piece of wood for a peddle

Awesome! I started with the wood/oil combination. Then I went to 100% oil when I had enough waste oil to burn. This year I don't have much waste oil , so I'm probably gonna use just wood or a combination. I can easily convert that stove to burn wood, wood/oil, or straight oil by just adding an oil burner. Gerrys DIY channel has some good videos on making an oil burner. Check him out.

suggestion , use a hole saw to cut out your piece and use the same hole saw to cut the new material , will fit right in with perfect spacing for welding , much less work than cutting squares and rectangles trying to make em fit

I highly suggest waiting 6-12 months before you upgrade anything. It's a huge learning curve. I've had my RepRapGuru i3 for over a year now and am just now doing the true i3 upgrade, 8mm lead screws, replacement aluminum heated bed with auto-bed leveling. I'm an IT admin and learn quickly but it seems every post I see on Facebook and Reddit are brand new to 3D printing and tackling mods out of the box. Why? Or they can't follow the simple things to do when setting up their new 3D printer. Creality printers with bed leveling out of the box never seem to follow instructions on setting up the Z-Offset correctly and end up printing in mid-air. I point them to the same guides every time.

Did everything as shown, with same items you linked in description. Don't know if the circuit breaker is Chinese garbage or not but as soon as i have a load on and try to dump it, it pops the breaker. Without a load works wonderfully... Any ideas?

That stove is made for burning coal. You’d be way ahead of the game doing that. Especially bituminous coal. It’s dirt cheap.

So to be clear. If you run a 2/O wire from the battery to the bumper, I’m assuming without the circuit breaker that the hot wire would be a fire hazard on its own? Or would operate without any surge protection? I saw in another comment you mention you shut your breaker off when not using the trailer. An employee of mine tried this without the breaker and said his truck started smoking so he gave up don’t want that happening to my new truck. Thanks
@shelbyvantol558
@shelbyvantol558 2 жыл бұрын
I guess I’m just trying to see if he got that result because the flow should be controlled with the breaker? Does the breaker pop on its own when the trailer is not pulling power?
@marcellemay7721
@marcellemay7721 2 жыл бұрын
You need a circuit breaker to protect your vehicle in case there ever was a short circuit. If the insulation ever rubbed off onto a grounded portion of the truck, it would cause an electrical fire without the circuit breaker protection. It's just like a circuit breaker in your home. Without a circuit breaker, you're just asking for an electrical fire.
