When I added white to clouds I ended with a mess as I lightly brushed the finish. Ruined my whole painting

As a new painter (3 months) I did this one already as it looked like an easy one and , it came out pretty good for my 3rd painting. I will try it again as aive done a few more now and just watching this one , I know i can do better than last time. I will add a few distant clouds however, some thin ones with just a hint of pink :)

Can you use acrylic paint to paint the canvas, then the oils for everything else.

Thank you for showing the different ways of using the fan brush. This was great. Now I can make happy trees instead of sad looking trees.

This was really helpful, great tips and insight , especially the clock ⏰ for the pattern , and the brush position for loading, and just tapping the canvas for the highlights. I struggle with the bushes and mountains, and pine trees 🌲 but I’ll keep practicing.

Thank you for sharing such beautiful tips and tricks. This video is so engaging and has inspired me to try painting with you. Will paint with this video on now, like a live class. Thanks Bryan. This is the best painting video ever that shares tricks from the beginning, no one else shares such details. Thank you.

This is the first video after watching 1000 videos that actually shares the trick of how to lay the canvas for northern lights. Thank you for sharing.

Oil paints themselves are not toxic unless you eat them. They are made of natural products. The only colors I would be caution about are the cobalts and cads. Acrylics are made of petroleum products.

How the hell do u do that? I use to watch Bob put the brush on the canvas and a colour would appear lol 🤔 Theres colour under there right, then u just started scrubbing the canvas with the brush and all these bright colours started to appear. Im so sorry but i just dont understand how that happens 🤔😳😖

Im so sorry to ask, but why is that satin green u put down first nearly invisible? Is it a translucent paint, thanku very much❤
