@@yogalap Thank you Michaël. I am doing every morning your breathing, it has become a routine now for me. I started with Wim Hof breathing but realised after watching your clip on it that your technique is much better for „warming up“ one’s system. It helps me very much for BJJ a d everyday life. I think the breathing techniques have been around for 3000 years or so. I tried to get my family members into it but they are not as curious and experimental like I am, unfortunately.
