I’ve done so many breath work techniques from every KZbin teacher imaginable and I’ve never had a problem even when it comes to a 90 second breath retention after doing strong breath of fire for ten minutes, all i get is peace and stillness of mind and body. And I’ve only been doing it for a year now and I’m a better person and finally i love myself and know myself and I’ve never had a teacher other than on KZbin. I do believe that my higher self is a guru, because he’s lead me to being a meditative man and i love it. Thanks Michael for all that you teach, i really enjoy you.

This is really interesting. I have been doing your courses as well as SOMA and have been having trouble deciding which path to take as I do really enjoy both the intense sessions and the calming sessions.
