Why not include nasi shodhana here? This is inclusive of nadi shodhana be if it’s? Seems like a classical one that’s almost always included in routines

Dear Odein, thank you for your comment. I could have included Bhastrika pranayama, Bahya Pranayama, Kaki mudra pranayama and other techniques. The thing is that it would become a much longer session. For me, this has proven very effective as it is. Feel free to add Nadi Shodhana to it towards the end yourself. It is indeed a beautiful practice. Just pause the video and then continue after. Halo Michael, Actually Richo here. Performed the pranayama as best i could one time and even 2 days later felt the benefit during morning meditation. Just now performed pranayama again with you on the video and was able to naturally keep up. I'm getting on in years. This teaching is to support awareness, a true sadhana practice, distinct from the 'namaste' school of yoga teachers. Many of whom are very good. But sadhana is a comprehensive awareness of breath and movement to maintain HERE and NOW.

This was wonderful. I am half way through your breathwork class so I felt I understood and could do what was being asked. I still find holding maha bandha challenging. Like I will focus on the abdomen then I realize I have lost the root. I am still working at it, but grateful to call you my be teacher🙏💫
