Mold spores are ubiquitous in cold and hot humid regions. I lived and/or worked on power/sail boats used for housing, marine education and marine mammal/seabird research in low, middle and high latitudes. I’m sure you’ve learned how important air circulation and light are in managing undesirable species of fungi. We always used a combo of passive and mechanical means of exchanging interior and exterior air; even dehumidifiers in some situations. Countless cruisers and day trippers have been shocked by otherworldly scenes upon opening up their improperly prepared boats after the end of winter/cyclone seasons. Fungi living their best lives! Is it the process of making jewelry that you like or is it the end product? Are you trying to tire yourself out so that you have no choice but to get a good night sleep? I thought I was a very tough guy until I had to say goodbye to my 19 year old cat. I think immersing yourself outside in nature will help heal you. I figure the pain we feel is proportionate to the love we had. We are blessed really; some never feel anything.

Severe anxiety is usually triggered emotionally and often from something a very long time ago. Even if specific memories have been blocked, you can’t stop the emotional reaction associated with those hidden memories or trauma. Counselling can help identify & understand the cause but needs to be a good counsellor, and hopefully one who allows sessions to be as long or short as the client needs. IE not: “Oh, your 50mins is up. Please save all those emotions until next time” !

Great to see you exploring one of my favourite local walks. I really think Dumfries and Galloway is an underrated part of Scotland. Great videos as always hope you’ll be back to Scotland soon.

Sorry but this was a nice place until covid and now camper vans every were. Go home we don't want you here with your vans leaving you rubbish every were and crapping all over the place. Thankfully 2025 in Scotland wild camping in a van or car will be band.

Hello, beautiful place and stunning views enjoyed the walk with you, have you considered walking poles? they are great for upper body workout while climbing up and down and a lot less chance of falls especially solo hiking! just a friendly suggestion! I think its safe to say we would all prefer it if you edited your videos for a long time to come, keep safe! :)
