First, I wanted to say that you got the sound and the tabs perfectly for this guitar solo. I also have a Rockman X100 but can't get the combination of settings just right to sound like yours on the video. Could you tell me what settings on the Rockman you used as well as your setup? Thanks and keep on rockin!

if you use 9's, how could you use a medium or heavy pick?
@PDXguitarfreakКүн бұрын
I used medium picks when I first started... just because that is what someone gave me. I don't recall when I transitioned to heavy picks, but I think it was by accident. That is, I picked up someone else's pick (no pun intended) and I liked how it felt :)

Thanks man! This is as close as I will likely ever come to talking politics here. I have family and friends on both sides of the political spectrum (granted they aren't parts of the extreme far ends LOL). We may have differences in some areas, but the common denominators keep us glued together. Around here, it's music! :)

Great vid. This was one of the first solos of any difficulty I ever learned (Snowblind was first, but that's a training wheels solo 😉) but that section where it goes up to the 15th fret on the high E for those 3 full step bends, that next little passage I never had down properly; this video is gonna help me rectify that today. Thanks for the goodness, will be checking out more of your stuff.
