Good day! My friends and I have started up a SMP from the ground up! We have been running for about 2 months with currently 16 members and we are looking for more people to join us! We like how your content is and would like you to join us. We got our inspiration from Hermitcraft and are looking for active players to join us and want to be apart of the community of the server. We are running some fabric mods and plugins for QOL(same lines as Hermitcraft) we are running 1.20.4 with the 1.21 datapack for the copper blocks, tuff blocks and the auto crafter and trial chambers! We do have a boarder in the in the over world so once 1.21 comes out and the plugins and mods are updated to 1.21 we can drop the boarder and not have to worry about any heavy chunk pruning so it’s a smooth transition to the new update! I look forward to hearing back from you!

Nice video! I found your channel and was curious if you would be interested in joining an SMP that is all family friendly content creators? The world is currently on 1.20 and has been up for over 3 years. Long term infrastructure and mega bases. It's called Lucid SMP. I'm relatively new to the server myself and we would love to add some like minded people who are doing content like we are. We use proximity voice chat, one player sleep, etc. Basically all the vanilla+ stuff hermitcraft uses. You can find more info on the server channel here on YT, @LucidSMPOfficial

Nice tutorial! I do have two tips: put the redstone for all the pistons in last, so they don't keep making noise and move you around while placing the water. Second tip is a personal preference; I would use slabs upside down instead of signs, saves a lot of effort compared to placing down signs and also holds back the top layer of water, while also being able to be waterlogged. You do need to remove the slabs afterwards though.
@SekaarMC2 ай бұрын
The pistons moving is def annoying, but I made the choice to add it first just to simplify building so i didn't have to show everyone you need to go back and add it. the goal was to help prevent confusion. second tips is a good idea but only if you have almost every plant has an observer, since the signs also prevent the kelp from growing too high and messing up the water flow, that or having the height of the farm be about 26 blocks, so that kelp cant grow high enough to mess up the flow. thanks for the feedback regardless :)

spruce, because of tons of wood at once, unlimited sticks[read: emeralds], and, admit it - those huge monoliths of a trees on a horizon next to your base looks just lovely. also, one day i will build that massive automatic tnt-dupe wooden farm. one day..
@kevinfant89482 ай бұрын
Well done, constrution well explained, could do with explaining why something is done the way you do it and the mechanics behind how it works for those who are new to such a build. I build most of my farms at the bottom, so I have to build from the bottom (storage chests) up instead of digging down for part of it. Thanks for the video.

From my personal thoughts about Let's Plays, I think making Minecraft is divided into multiple parts, you have the new players who will watch small entertaining content, you have the PVP players who watch their content, then there are Veteran Minecraft watchers who don't play as much Minecraft anymore who honestly don't want to watch the same person build another small house. Burn out can also come from building small builds and such with Grian and many other Hermits the burn out was because of playing for so many years. the big builds are tough but when you are in the zone they are very fun to build. I prefer to build exteriors just like Grian does. got no time for interior stuff. I feel the big mega builds have made Minecraft the big success it is today. It is divided by the different personalities of Minecraft weather you like the talking or building. I do like some personalities but their building speaks to me the most, you can hear in their voice if they are happy or not doing what they are doing and those are the creators I watch, and from watching Minecraft for so so many years the most fun has come from when they are building huge builds and bringing massive projects to life. there are so many examples I can give in the Hermitcraft server alone. I also don't enjoy the life series as much because I'm not a fan of killing your friends in games for fun, just my personal feelings and all the builds they build get destroyed without reason. I do accept it as a way for the creators to do something different and have different kinds of fun so that's awesome but it's not what I am gonna watch, every series I stopped watching and I still don't know who has won each series. It just got too boring for me. but that's the difference on how I have changed my interest in Minecraft as well.

that's why i started making my own let's play mc series, where the viewer sees 99% of my gameplay. very minimal edits, no diamonds on episode 1, no crazy starter build, just playing the game as genuinely long as i want to. waxfraud inspired me to start the series (through his long form no commentary vids) but truly, back in the early 2010s i used to watch let's plays and i miss actually playing along with minecraft youtubers.

My current world is a #2 that i built in the first couple days, and have upgraded with as I progress. Now I have five auto farms (trying to limit those until i get to the mega base) and a basement built into my old mineshaft to hold extra chests.
