I may be a baptized member of the church. I may be a kind person to most people I meet expect those who don’t respect any basic human rights. And I may be in a position where my point of view could easily be called bias. And I don’t deny any of it. Yes, Joseph Smith’s testimony is a little difficult to believe at times. But there’s no doubt in my mind that miracles do happen. I’ve had a friend who was riding a dirt bike and ran completely out of gas due to a leak that he didn’t notice. He prayed to be able to make it back home because he was a solid 8-9 miles away. On the first try after praying, the engine started and he made it home. The second he got home, the dirt bike stalled out and never started again. I’ve had my own experiences with modern day miracles. They may not be pillars of fire or healing the blind, but they’re miracles to me. As a member of the LDS Church, I am of the strong opinion that all people are redeemable with enough effort on their part. As for breaking the Law of Chastity (sex before marriage), there are a number of members who have broken it and have taken their own personal steps to repent of it. And yes, the church does have a “racist” past, as it was put. However, the context isn’t fully there. And I’m going to be honest, I don’t know all the context either. Because I haven’t read every piece of scripture to ever be written and have it memorized. At the end of the day, everyone has their free will and their agency to choose. It is not my place to tell you want to believe in, nor is it my place to tell you that you’re wrong. At the end of the day, we’re all human. We all make mistakes. No one is perfect and the only exception was Jesus Christ. If people feel this way about my religion, that’s their choice. Because I have friends who bash me for being LDS. Do I care? Not in the slightest. Because that’s their choice to act that way. It’s my choice how I act in response. Enough ranting though. As long as people are enjoying their lives (and aren’t actively harming their lives) I see no reason why I should judge them. Do I have to agree with their decisions? No. Because that’s my choice. Will I support them because they have the right to live how they want? Yes.

I mean, @coppercab was just ragebaiting us anyway. And only Canadians were dumb enough to Kick-a-ginger. Probably just butthurt about kicking-the-baby. Memes that were way ahead of their time, just like South Park always was. It's just too avant garde, man. Memes were dreams to us whereas now the dreams are merely memes.

So I knew a couple people that would mock people with tourettes and imitate it and pretend they had it (not something that I consider a little bit ok, just for the record). The reason they claim they quit doing it is because they'd start getting urges to do it at inappropriate times, and in a sense started developing it. Not sure if that would be considered tourettes, but from what I've read it is possible to develop something like that. Maybe I've never read into it from a credible source so I'm curious what someone knowledgeable about that has to say.

Exposed? Thats funny. It did nothing. Just a parody that only fools would take too seriously. Face it, unlike the scientology episode..the episode did nothing to effect the church. And the creators have no real issue with church, they just like making funny of everyone. That is their brand after all.

Isn't there a PokeMon called Trubbish now? It looks like a bag of rubbish? A good metaphor for what PokeMon is becoming... Why does Cartman have a Guitar in this episode? I've never seen him play Guitar.

The donating 10% of your income to the church isn't like a mormon thing specifically, I think they're more. Enthusiastic About it or its required, but it's a thing in christianity and catholicism, too

Most of those Tourettes fakers, especially on TikTok, seem to think that randomly shouting "Beans" is the best way to do it too. It's childish, pathetic, attention-seeking stupidity. "Beans...Beans-Beans...Beans..." - Random TikTok Tourettes faker.

Most people with Tourettes only have small ticks and movements. The shouty, sweary Tourettes that is popularised in TV/Film is only a small percentage. My friend has it, she usually just jerks and twitches. No shouty, sweary stuff. Hmm, I have mild Autism, slight OCD tendencies, Anxiety and borderline ADD (this was before it was changed to ADHD).

The more the "scientist" research DNA the more complex it is and the more they are faced with the reality that it is mathematically impossible for Darwinian evolution to account for the complexity. They are also finding that the rate of mutation in DNA is, to keep it simple, killing life not making it better. You are either ignorant of these facts or an idiot.

Doesn't "changing" your religious beliefs imply that you never truly believed what you previously believed in the first place? Wait, you actually WANTED the Wii? Why? I want to play games, not exercise... **cough** WiiFit. Best part in that Evolution class is right there: "Monkey Fish Frog". 6:49 The Richard Dawkins rage-bait Twitter post is epic! Although, he invented memes, so he's not all good, it seems. 8:58 Dawkins is right here. Only a Christian would think going to Hell is a terrible thing. An Atheist wouldn't believe in this so-called "Hell" of which you speak. Mr Garrison is right, God can't be disproven. However, God can't be PROVEN either. Also, if you could prove God exists, there would be no reason to believe anymore. I never knew that, like, the South Park creators said "like" so much in their, like, sentences like American Teenage girls do in, like, EVERYTHING. 18:15 This idea would obviously not work due to Time-Travel Paradoxes. "Kill the Table Eaters" - Doesn't this imply that the Humans EAT Tables instead of at them? Dawkins losing an award for comments about transgenders is so wrong and yet so funny. Especially as President Donald Trump just said "there are only 2 genders, male and female"! Fun Fact: The concept of Hell was stolen from the Norse/Pagan idea that Hel is the goddess of death and the underworld. Weird thing about Catholics, some are always denying that they're Christian, despite the fact that the Catholic Website (yes, this exists) says Catholicism is one of the main denominations of Christianity. The Theory of Evolution does NOT say we evolved from Apes. People always get this wrong and it infuriates me. The theory says that Humans and Apes both evolved separately from an Ape-like ancestor. Ape-like is not the same as an ACTUAL Ape. Thank you.

Growing up, I was never allowed to watch South Park and was told it was an unintelligent show with nothing more than toilet humor. Then one day I sat down and watched it on the official site and started with this episode for some reason. Like I didn't look up which episodes to watch or anything, I just said "hey let's start with this one". And while I grew up with Britney Spears and never cared for her, this episode was so wildly informative to my understanding of what South Park is and does. Like sure they're known for their harsh and targeted takedowns, but they also have a lot of nuance behind it. I think this is the episode that took me from thinking "haha funny show" to being my actual favorite show of all time. Also calling 7.1 a low rating on IMDB is wild. I know it's one of the lowest rated episodes in the series, but I think it's just a testament to how consistently good the show is, even at its worst.

The parodying of the atheist movement is pretty funny. As an atheist myself, I never really liked the new atheist movement of the late 2000s. While you had more interesting characters like the scientist who broke down the problems with creationism or the funny/disturbing/thought-provoking cartoons of DarkMatter2525, most of the others came across as unlikeable attention seekers, edgy teenagers and unpleasant parent's basement neckbeards. The voices of the movement were pretty mixed as well. Christopher Hitchens was my favourite because while he was abrasive and sarcastic, he was witty and charming as well, and the world is poorer without him. Sam Harris never left much of an impression on me, but Richard Dawkins was the worst. Excellent on evolutionary science but totally overrated as a philosopher, unpleasantly condescending, and with a creepy attitude of being in favour of aborting children if they had down syndrome and softly pro eugenics.

Australia got all Englands convicts... America got all England's Religious Bigots... Australia got the better deal... Take it from the Antipodes. Guaranteed liveable pension. Free health care... I'd better leave it at that. It takes about a year to get an American traveller to realise that they don't HAVE to compete... (trying to tell people in another country what they should think, is a NoNo) Alas, Yankeeland has it's own private hell, ATM... Good luck with that...S
