Thank you for this invaluable insight. As an absolutely bitchin guitar player, this has been a major problem for years. You have provided a battery of full proof solutions to put this matter to bed, once and for all.

I've owned 2 Squiers early in my guitar-playing years and, for the price, they're excellent instruments. Easy (and fun) to make fun of in these videos but in reality, I genuinely like them

So if being a bass player gets you none, and so does playing DnD wouldn't the two cancel each other out making it so you do get them?
@musicbsharp3 күн бұрын
Maybe if you played a DnD character that played the bass, HE could get some. But in this reality, you'd need to find a level 20 wizard to cast some sort of spell to make a woman attracted to a DnD-playin bassist. But if you find a high-level wizard in THIS world, send him my way - I can think of a few spells I wouldn't mind having cast on my behalf! haha

I'm totally familiar with exactly all zero of those guitars - assuming that's what they are and not just made-up names. I'd never know the difference haha. The closest thing to a Tom Anderson I have on MY bucket list is a Tom Arnold, but probably for very, very different reasons haha

On a serious note while I try to appreciate people, there are times I am tired and I just want to get my groceries. My wife hates it because it takes us three times as long to do anything around people as you get stopped and chat.

Even though this is realistic satire. I disagree with the lead guitarist having the highest attraction. Women like bass and drums --rhythm( lower frequencies), more so than higher frequency screechy guitar solos. However, in a 1970s 80s context, the lead guitarist may have had the most attraction, because of media popularity. Women behave like a pack of herd animals and seek out the Alpha that the other female herd are most attracted to...

groupies? you need to go back to the nursing home old man, we got hoes on tap in the social media age. if your goal is to bang some chicks after a show you can get on instagram or a dating app ahead of time and pick out the ones you want and if you aint trying to get down like that then it aint hard to keep them hoes away when the venue keeps unauthorized people away from the stage, the band, unless you allow some hoes backstage vip but that undermines the entire concept of "staying away from groupies"

I like the shirt. I’ve been getting that sense lately too. I work retail and am subject to Top 40 garbage constantly 5 days a week. Other musicians seem to love a great variety of acts, but I’ve got my relatively small pile of bands that I love and that’s just kinda how I am.

Okay man, that was hell of a funny video, I laughed hard! 😂 I have a story for ya: the band and I were playing a gig on a non elevated stage, mid concert we have a bachelorette party come in, the soon to be bride walks up behind me whilst I'm trying to sing and play a solo simultaneously and blurts in my ear: "wanna go f**k?" Jesus, the poor bastard marrying that 304! That said, it was a nice ego boost. 😂 And no, I didn't do it, I might have caught something that even penicillin wouldn't cure 🥲
@musicbsharp12 күн бұрын
Thank you! And that IS a great story. You probably did the right thing... which makes you a better man than I likely would've been haha. Actually, kidding aside, when I played guitar in a touring band in my late teens/early 20s, women threw themselves at me every night. But I (foolishly, in hindsight) wanted a relationship at the time. So I passed on soooo many gorgeous (and some not so gorgeous ones) groups during those years and have kinda regretted it ever since haha. Again, thanks for watching and sharing the story!

@@musicbsharp Well, playing my first show on stage as a teenager was how I got laid for the first time, so there is a very certain effect on the ladies when they see you up in lights doing your thing 😅 I'm usually not the super picky type, but that behaviour disgusted me, especially considering it was her last night as a non married girl... 🤷🏻♂️ I regretted letting opportunities go as well, but you live and you learn 😅 Good channel, liked and subbed! Keep up the good work 🙃
