If you boil the jars after in water. Can you just store them in the pantry or do they still have to go in the fridge. My Italian neighbor made this year's ago with egg plants. Also some with cauliflower. It was amazing

You probably know this but not many of us Americans don’t, the reason that there’s saltless bread in parts of Italy was because for a while there was a salt embargo on those parts and that’s why saltless bread exists.
