In this video we prepare the Custard Cream, a base for soo many cakes' recipes . Here the list of ingredients:
✷ 500 ml Whole milk
✷ 4 yolks
✷ 80 gr / 2,82 oz Sugar
✷ 2 TBsp Regular flour ( I have used "00" type flour)
✷ Lemon zest of half Lemon
