It's about perspective, the cops were working traffic control at the stadium (hot & sweaty), Hill speeds by them, they take offense and pull him over. He rolls his window down and hands his license to the cop and rolls the window up. Cop starts banging on the window of his $230,000 Mclaren Hill rolls the window down and tells him to stop banging on the window, The 2nd cop takes offense and immediately goes red zone and starts ripping him out of the car because he is more offended I guess, now everybody is over reacting, for a simple traffic stop. They had to know this guy was probably a player rushing to the stadium (very expensive car, a very large dude) it could and should have played out so much easier and without the drama if both Hill and the cop(s) had just been more chill.

I think Tyreek started off with an attitude of telling the officer, “don’t knock on my window like that”, then rolled his window back up! You could also see Tyreek having a hissy fit in the car when the officer knocked on his window again, which he wouldn’t have had to do if Tyreek didn’t roll it back up! The officer get upset at Tyreek’s false sense of entitlement, but things didn’t get taken too far until the other officer came up behind him and forced him to sit on the curb! That was totally uncalled for!!

Generally when someone gets pulled over and acts like a dbag, I give the police the BOD. And if you are going to have dark tinted windows, you should expect to leave your windows down just to make sure there's no misunderstandings. All the being said, these turkeys ramped things up WAY too fast. Maybe it would have gone the way it did anyhow, but they never gave Hill a chance to calm down. And why in the world did 6 motorcycle cops converge on a traffic stop? Makes me wonder if there was some history with this guy, or the whole bunch of them decided they wanted to show some rich muckety muck not to mess with them.

Believe it or not, this citizen harassment conduct started way back when cannabis was first made illegal, back in 1915. By 1931 29 states had possession laws, all initially generated as an attack on Mexican immigrants. After the onslaught of cops everywhere having their way with "brown" immigrants, they added "black folks" and continued with their constitution denying illicit searches and seizures of folks' property. In 1937 Congress put a tax on it, and that finished it as a substance on the American landscape. They noticed that "it made money" (it being charging citizens for possession) and it and police harassment has "been a thing" ever since. They turned it into a commercial venture at the expense of the American citizenry and the nation also took a hit in mature psychological development due to the effects of the deliberately crafted stigma propaganda levied against it.

@@xxruffxx6833 I used to frequent (not really frequently) a bar about 6 blocks from where I was living in San Diego. One night as I walked home after the bar was closing, apparently someone had broken a car windshield in that parking lot. So as I am traversing through the couple of blocks of my subdivision that remained, he rolls up beside me a tells me to stop, and I was like "I am not stopping, I have not done anything, I just left the bar..." And I started jogging a bit and we are now down to the last say nine houses from my abode. He says to me "I am going to let my dog out if you don't stop." to which I answered "I'll kill it." So anyway, I run out of juice after the beers from the bar took a toll on my stamina, and he stops and gets out and comes up to me telling me to halt. I do and he then puts me over onto the cruiser's trunk and cuffs me and starts saying something, but at some point along the way we were talking about deaths in the family, and he said his infant daughter had just passed. I said "I am sorry for your loss." The bracelets came off and he said "You are free to go." with a little quiver in his speech. "They" are quite human. Some simply lose track of that due to some violent event or other such upsetting thing or things in their life. Some live by their oaths lifelong. Some confuse and muddy what that abidance consists of. Some entered into the whole thing for the wrong reasons from the start, and their oath recital were mere noises they re-utterated. It is hard to discern which is which from a single encounter.

It goes by number of cop shootings, not idiots doing their concealed carry thing. So in Colorado, you had better HAVE you window ALREADY rolled down and your hands at ten and two on the wheel and your wallet with your DL on the dash in front of the wheel. Cops up there have been shot and killed by drivers and those murders are the very reason why LEO is 100% ALLOWED to search your car across the nation now. HOWEVER, the conditions of the stop matter. Before we even get to the conduct during the stop. IF the stop was for a simple moving violation, then NONE of this cop conduct was correct, whether 'lawful' or not. It is hot. Do you really think a guy rich enough to own that wants to run or get his car damaged? He wants his ticket and get on with your traffic safety cop life... DAMN! They had no reason to have ANY fear of "what is he doing with the window up crap. ESPECIALLY after seeing the guy and talking to him. USING the "did not comply" horseshit to ESCALATE their "control level", should be made a criminal conduct. Or at least the "control measures" should take on "it was an assault" characteristics and 'handling'.

It didn't sound like he was excusing Tyreek's behavior. Instead he was questioning the de-escalation skills of the officers. As a LEO you can't react to Tyreek's attitude the way they did. They saw the car, got the attitude, and immediately decided that they had had enough. Threatening to break the window, dragging him out of the car, wrestling him down to a seated position all escalated the situation. Dealing with these a-hole attitudes gets old fast but you have to be able to show more patience than that.

@@danemortensen3099 and hill shouldn’t have escalated it to that point. He basically made his WHOLE VIDEO ABOUT THE COPS ATTITUDE. I’m sorry 2 wrongs don’t make a right and guess what HILL WAS BEING A A$$HOLE FROM THE BEGINNING. Maybe the cops are teaching him a thing called a lesson. Don’t be a Ahole to the cops and things won’t escalate to the point of him being dragged out of the car. You heard Hill telling the cops don’t you bang on my window. He was all jacked up being the prick till the cops yanked him out the car and then he’s acting like now I’ll comply now I’ll comply. You get what you give. I’ve never given the cops lip service like hill did and you don’t see me on video like he is. See that’s what this clown should be telling everyone here. Don’t give officers a reason to do what they did. If you are cool calm and respectful I doubt this would even be a story. But no you got hill acting like a jerk gets the same treatment back and it’s oh how the cops could do better. Well the same could be said about us when we interact with cops when we get pulled over. @joenunes6267
@joenunes6267 21 күн бұрын
Penn vs Mimms doesn't give them permission to tell you how much you have to open your window. The officer is supposed to believe that the driver is armed and dangerous. Penn vs Mimms is abused by the police in order to escalate and arrest people who don't know the case law. Arresting someone because you claim "officer safety" is a cowardly excuse to stroke your delicate sensibilities and fragile egos. A man in uniform requires discipline and self-control...so what if someone is "rude" to you. Your subjective opinion of a person who isn't showing you proper respect should never foul your judgment. Cops, in this day and age", lack the discipline to control themselves. They lack the ability to slow down and have a conversation with someone. Sadly, they lack the honor and integrity to be honest and trustworthy as well. Being a veteran that served in uniform, I've lost trust and respect for the people who promised to protect and serve the community that they have nothing but disdain for. More importantly, they swore an Oath to the Constitution and don't give a damn about citizens Civil Rights that they swore to uphold and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. They refuse to protect children while be slaughtered, they intentionally attack, assault and injure our children instead of protecting the most innocent of us. There's countless videos online proving that to be true. They believe their safety is tantamount to citizen safety and carelessly break their police officers Oath to protect and serve and their PD's mission statement that most likely claims qualities such as honor, integrity, highest standards of professionalism and courteous placing the community in the highest regard or some such deceitful narrative. This is a call to the good cops to stop the uniformed garbage and blatant criminal behavior and Rights violations that makes everyone petrified and distrustful of having to talk to a cop. We all know it's more than a "few bad apples". Do the bad cops outnumber the good ones? Are there any good cops? If there are...they must be the biggest cowardly, spineless pukes in uniform for not having the integrity to stop the bad cops. The thin blue line protecting citizens from chaos is BS. They are the danger to the community, are sovereign citizens that act above the law, hide behind qualified immunity which is Unconstitutional and refuse to be held accountable for violating Constitutional Rights and criminal behavior while in uniform. What happened to good and honorable men and women in uniform? Are there any good cops left? We need better and more difficult training to become a peace officer. Things not easily attained develop discipline and pride. The cops we see now are unshaven, out of shape, unprofessional and rude jackwagons that don't have the qualities required to be in those uniforms.
