How would you customize round shapes with "ork armor panels" ? i'l find it difficult to keep the curve going with regular plastic cards, and foam makes doesn't hold enough details to keep it for the whole curve. Should i just sculpt every panel with green stuff ?

I really appreciate your portrayals of ork construction, cause they're always described as slap dashed and held together with belief, but most of the modsls and depictions in media have their gear look really manufactured and uniform. Your builds are extremely chaotic and eclectic but they also have a clear direction and intent behind their construction, which feels extremely on brand for the orks.

I think the future torso for the Sigma Pattern titan should be based of a Castigator class Titan. As you mentioned in your titans foot video, it is bigger than the actual model. Plus making an Warmaster or Imperator won't look as cool since to my knowledge, there aren't any class of these Titans fitted with claws or grabbers.

At this point, turn it into the a Castigator style Sigma Pattern titan. Of course the head must above the shoulders. I also think the colour scheme should be black, gray, red with gold accents or trimmings.

Things like this make me wish I played Orks, I'm not a fan of the strong but comically dumb part of them. That's the main reason why I didn't choose them, but they are basically designed for kitbashing to a degree that would not work with my Blood Angels.
