that turtle in the end you can see its lungs get punctured and as the croc pulls it back under water water literally sprays out its nose from its lungs being under water while it’s still alive wow

It’s an amphiuma (an eel-like salamander). It has 4 very small (almost undetectable) legs.

This is the common snapping turtle. An Alligator snapping turtle would be a different story. They are much bigger, and they can snap off an alligators limb in one bite.

Does anyone know how the turtle stayed alive for so long? I figured he would’ve died immediately after the shell was busted, but I was obviously wrong.
@MichelleSiefkenPhotography15 сағат бұрын
There were large stretches of time when the alligator was just holding the turtle and not biting. The alligator also was submerged with turtle once for 45 minutes and the other time for 15 minutes...during that time I'm guessing the alligator was only able to hold the turtle not bite into it. Reptiles (coldblooded) have slower metabolisms than warmblooded mammals and therefore their organs are sustained longer. Also, some of the later motions of the turtle may have been reflex movements with some lingering brain activity.

Another reason I don't believe in "god." With the many ways all living creatures could consume to survive, this would mean a god chose to have many species literally live a horror movie life (and death) just as "the natural order of things."

I thought they prefer to be alone and tend to avoid each other unless for mating. I was wrong I guess.

You're correct...in the wild, males tend to be more independent and spend more time on their own in search of food. The dynamics change when they're in captivity. Males actually interact with family group members. I've seen the male "Goyang" play with his offspring and "get cozy" with the adult females (as you can see in this video). Thank you for watching!

I think you’re right about the hand cream for mom as long as it’s edible and tasty because I’m sure it would end up in her mouth! 😂 I love orangutans too - each time I see them I’m grateful for the experience.
