I remember I was running a WoW guild a long time ago. I had cut a member from the raid (he was under performing. Would AFK mid fights. Was being toxic to people for his own faults etc) So he was cut. Literally an hour after the raid ended. He rejoin the discord chat which I stayed in (in case someone needed me) and ...it was his MOTHER. She was FURIOUS at me because I made her poor little boy cry. It was.... ya know what, it was interesting to say the least. She started off with all manner of insults, and accusations. It was...extreme. Didn't get upset. stayed calm. I was a guild master, and I DM dungeons and Dragons, I haves a god damn MASTERS DEGREE in Conflict Resolution. I explain the situation. Noted he was cut for a single raid night for performance, that he was still in the guild, and could attend otherwise. and from what she was screaming about, it sounds like cutting him from the raid was a good thing because he was clearly distracted from the homework he was suppose to be doing. ... i kicked him out of guild mid conversation. I really dont need this kind of nonsense from a Undead Rogue's Mother.
