When doing triple EXP bills, don't bribe, fight the senators and if you somehow lose either retry or savescum depending on how much mana you have. Imo Disgaea is so much about breaking game mechanics that it's one of the very few games where I savescum.

Does stat growth still work like 4? Where putting an innocent on a stat thats by default 0 result in stat growth or will it always be 0?

Does stat innocent still vastly boost item stats as you lvl it like in 4 or is it just a flat growth rate and the innocents simply add stats?

I think Disgaea 5 ruined a lot of the systems I loved about the Disgaea series and I already beat all of the post game when it came out, but it’s been a long time and the post game grinding just felt so tedious and complicated in the range of mechanics I had to engage with. I’ve been thinking about giving it another chance and trying my best to see if I was over complicating some things and see if really the grinding wasn’t much more tedious then the older games and I just missed something crucial that made it annoying.

I'm coming into Disgaea 5 from 2, do thieves no longer have the Consciousness skill? That thing was insane. Just running around stealing people's consciousness with 100% accuracy and the movement to cross the map in a single turn.

This game is for absolute psychopaths and I can't wait to play it

I would love to see someone crazy enough to try to power scale the average Disgaea demon based on all these weapon skills featured throughout the series taken at face value. Not even a powerful character like Tyrant Valvatorez or Overlord Zetta. Just a regular ass tier 1 generic demon capable of holding a weapon. Cause if you swing/shoot it long enough, you'll be able to at least blow up the a planet eventually.

Why does Tyrant Valvatorez keep saying “die” every 3 seconds? What happened to his voice lines from 4? Those had more variety. Edit: Actually most of the dlc characters hardly have that many lines and just keep repeating the same sounds. Adell, Pram, and Rozalin got hit the worse.
