Hello Voxel, i just buyed disgaea 5, and i'm completely new with the system of evilities, since the only other disgaea games i managed to play were disgaea 1, 2, and prinny... i have made my fair amount of research but there is still something that i don't get... i know you can learn unique evilities bia chara world, but...can you change a character's unique evility? like, for example, changing Asagi's unstable setting for another evility? like...i dunno, tyrant?

Actually, Asagi is the only generic with a 50 star resistance out of the box. With Elemental force, Sunshine Rod Curry and Comet Disaster, she instantly becomes a map clearer with proper support. However it's a setup that requires Revenge Booster, Common Evilities from other characters, and Chara World Evilities on your Asagis, it's quite the hurdle, but once you get it going, it's a great way to level 20* carnage items.

One thing I would like to say if you have more than 100% stats on the ability and squad will make any stats interested useless Also happy to see you continuing this guide it help me a little bit in the past

Considering how long its been since your last video, do you have a possible date on the next monster class video? Curious to see what you say about the next few monsters considering how good their evilities are on other classes like the sage.

One thing to note about illusion asagi is that you want to AVOID stat boosting evilities for 1 main reason: 1) Since you can boost your stats up to a max of 100% between evilities and squads, her squads alone give her essentially a 56% stat boost and if she gets the main character evility then that's a excess of 56% in stats so avoiding things like greedy disposition and stuff like that is recommended. So the ideal way to build her is to give her stuff ideal for gun users like acceleration shot, bushido, ect. And some supportive evilities like dark song, angelic flight, whatever suits your fancy. This seems unorthodox, but she's an unorthodox class so what else can you ask for?

Or: fill up Asagi squad, put Asagi in Foot Soldier Squad, and just hunt down Unstable Power from Chara World and then spread it, it's such a useful, core evility that the initial trouble of getting it is absolutely worth it, besides, it's a good excuse to raise aptitudes. This way, you don't rely on her RNG unique which is frankly useless half the time.

@@t3hsourcey yeah but you lose 20% of your stats each turn. So unless you can clear in a very short amount of time which is something most characters (with the exception of usalia, the sage or overlord prierre) can not do consistently

@@uknlogic2924 I have the Asagi Comets wiping 20* Carnage Aegis Shield with few problems. Assault Attack, Christo, Vernier Thrusters, Evilities with Critical multipliers do wonders. And that's just comet Disaster, I have 5 more characters who are individual nukers by themselves that clean up afterwards. @@t3hsourcey but you could argue that any unit can utilize comet disaster since base stats dont matter post game, esp with revenge booster. This strat has nothing to actually do with asagi. I can put comet disaster on a slime with a revenge boosting monster weapon and the difference wont be noticeable.

Asagi is a character that benefits tremendously from finding room for the party wide stat boosting evilities. Friendly reminder that such evilities put on Zeroken DO stack when he uses his Overload, which can generate a decent chunk of a character's 100% by itself.

Most classes have either small or big changes And therr are tons of new classes in the newer games while others got stuck in the old games Still you should play the game first they do tell you the evilities and skills therr

@@justaprinny9940 I just discovered the capture mechanics and magichange types for mosters in 5 were totally different that what I was expecting from the other games. Have to relearn everything all over again. But I'm having fun at least. Steamrolling all my foes with the DLC character I unlocked.
