You basically need an insulated partition for the front half of the unit. Like a heavily insulated curtain. Insulation for the vent tubes cuz they're carrying heat, cold. And you don't want it breaching the side you're on, and limitless power for this easily portable genius design..lol

Thanks for reviewing. Great job. Ridiculous price on this. Maybe useful for tent camping. Just bought a Midea duo 14000 Btu portable AC for only $600. It is outstanding!

I’ve watched many videos and have narrowed down to flash 1500, cube 1000 and c1000. I really like the vtoman but it seems they only have a 2year warranty. That’s a real bummer.because of that the Anker seems to be the next best with five year warranty. I’d love to hear your personal opinion and maybe there is another unit I need to be thinking about. I like have more dc options and 1500 watts and my plan is a couple 265 watt panels. Thanx for any input you may have. Thanx for your reviews.

Currently van camping in Michigan with my Wave 2 perched between the two captains chairs on a platform I made to support it. I use an xt60i cable and keep the wave battery charged from two lithium batteries in the van. For the window passthrough for the vent tubes I cut some 1" polystyrene insulation board and that works perfectly. Has the advantage of working the same in either side window. The EF solution looked like it would be inside out in your driver's window but maybe not.

Thanks for the honest review.Ecoflow dropped the ball on this product IMO.I understand this is lightweight,portable and inexpensive, but alot to improve on with this.I think most people that want the wave 2 in their vehicle are going to custom make something to fit better.Keep up the good honest content good sir👍

I'm a fan of EF stuff, however, the window kit device looks a bit lacking as far as being a functional design. I would probaly try to find a sheet of closed-cell foam, and then custom fit/cut it to fit the vehicle window for the hoses.

Agreed. I think it'd be ok in a pinch but for more regular use, seems like you could whip up something thats a bit less fiddly and a bit more air tight

Appreciate the review. The window kit looks awful. I think Ecoflow finally outdid themselves on making something worse than their 400 watt solar panel “stand.”

QUESTION: How would I get 200 watts or more through same system, but for a medium Station like River 2 Pro (NO expansion battery for it)? Would a 200ah Battery deliver this? On the solar max wattage for it is 220 so. It can also handle 800 AC charging. Thanks

In my opinion the biggest benefit of the 58-minute charge time is quick recharge from generator! It's more fuel efficient, and annoying for a shorter period of time. :)

Can a vtoman 220pro be connected or combined with a regular 220?
@ReeWrayOutdoors2 күн бұрын
You'll want to check the Voc rating for both panels. As long as they're no more than a couple of volts different should be fine.

Greetings. I’m thinking about a couple 265 watt panels but I do not yet have output voltage for the panels. Am I understanding correctly the output needs to be a minimum of 30volts to function with the flash speed 1500?

You know that's what I did 20 some years ago. What actually was like 25 years ago. Add a small inverter while I was actually 200 W. Inverter had a few batteries. Well then I turn around and got like 42 batteries and only a 2001. Verter and that's what I use, but I didn't run everything. In my house either. But then again, you aint talking about running everything in your house. You aint talking about running anything.It's major. But I use what you and use between never overcharged and never undercharge. And never let it die and never let the batteries die. Keep the batteries from overcharging and kept the battery from recycling. It worked just pequickly for 25 years. So you don't like those charges. Don't pay pose much power. Are you so penalty? I don't know about that 1. I'll take your word for that. I never checked to see how much power it's pulling on. It was not pulling out of the solar panels. All I know. Is it did my solar panels good? Because I didn't have to click my solar panels directed to the batteries which I know that would overcharge the battery..

False: you can fly inside of Yosemite national park. You cannot take off or land there. The FAA controls that airspace, not the national park services. This applies to all national parks.

What does this Semi-Solid Lithium battery bring to the table? It's not LFP which is the chemistry everyone should be looking for, and if it's not NMC, then what is it? How many charge cycles does it get.

Couldn't you just attach them without the step up??? The battery is within the ranges of the power stations!
@ReeWrayOutdoors3 күн бұрын
You can, yes. But it'll charge more slowly, and will eventually likely stop charging well before the power station is fully re-charged.

Interesting video and product. Would be interesting to see if you could parallel the DC batteries between the two units thusly equalizing the drawdown. Pondering if doing so is an oversight by the manufacturer or intentionally omitted and possibly intentionally designed to prevent.
@dabbsson_official12093 күн бұрын
Hi, we are working on a way to balance the output as well. Maybe by adding control on App. But currently it has 10%~ unbalance as we tested. If you draw both unit on 100%, it is likely that when one is 0% the other still have around 10% 300Wh left. Also if you always draw a huge output like in the video 2600-2800W each, the outcome will be much better. So it is recommended to use this parallel set when the power demand is high.

Great for single phase. A single M2000 is on sale for $1,148. If you bought 2 to try to do the split phase separately it would be $2400. So, I totally don't understand the Combo pack price for Portable Power Station M2000 with Merge Box ET200 (What is going on with the high price???) The cost of the M2000 WITH Merge box kills the utility for split phase. (There has to be a mistake because this pricing is much too high for just ONE M2000 and a Merge Box) Maybe they forgot to list the Combo as having Two M2000's with a Merge Box for ~$2089??? (If it was two M2000 + Merge Box for $2089, then it would be competitive). Great review!
